Some who knew us used Arcana before and suggested that we give Dimitri a call. We called and got a good price. He did good quality work, we would call him again if we needed more windows. We definitely hired the right person for the job.

My wife saw a house that was being remodeled in the area,with new stucco & windows. As we want to re-stucco and replace the windows in our home, she found out who the contractors were.The replacement window work was being done by Arcana. We called Dimitri, and he came by and measured for 10 windows and one door. He answered all the questions we had and double checked the order. His price was quite good, so we gave him our business The installation crew arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job replacing the windows. Dimitri is very accommodating. The windows are efficient and look good. A big improvement to our home. I would recommend Dimitri & Arcana Windows to friends & family.

I had Arcana replace 6 windows for me. We had replaced other windows before with another company so we knew what to ask for and what costs to expect. We were quite happy with Dimitri, the process went quickly and were good value. The workmanship was excellent. We have referred him already.

We had Dimitri install two bay windows, wood interior and vinyl exterior. Dimitri was easy to work with, he offers straight forward answers, very personable. They were on time and the crew cleaned up well.

I purchased an old property, built in 1850. It was a total renovation to make this a home. I had Dimitri and his crew do the work. Dimitri designed both the dutch style windows and the doors. Their work was absolutely stunning. Barely a day goes by that someone doesn't stop to comment on the house and almost always remark about the windows. The crew is exceptional, they are clean, no smoking, drinking or foul language. They work cohesively as a group, arrive on time and work efficiently. The windows were of premium quality and were made at a reasonable cost.

Dimitry quoted a front door installation for my Glen Abbey home. I found him to be knowledgable, professional and had my needs for an awesome entrance for my home at heart. I discovered Arcana Windows & Doors on this site. I asked Dmitry if he could stop by to provide me with an estimate for the replacement of 12 windows in my downtown Hamilton home. Dmitry is a courteous, fair and well informed sales rep. He provided me with a very, very competitive quote - his company is one of the top three window installers in the Hamilton region for price and quality; their manufacturing facility is located in Stony Creek so, at least you know they're employing our own citizens - and was never ever pushy in his sales pitch but more so of a gentle manner I agreed with the quote and had the job done roughly three weeks after. Wow, the installation was performed amazingly: the capping is so bright and I can't stop admiring the new windows. My new front door is absolutely beautiful and the workmanship superb. Dmitry, the salesperson is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I also hired Arcana for new windows, pillars and siding and am extremely pleased with all results. The cost was well within my budget.

After my acceptance of the estimate, it only took about 3 weeks for the installation to proceed. The crew arrived exactly on time. They were very professional, respectful and efficient.
