The July’13 flash storm in Toronto destroyed our fully furnished bungalow basement. Gerry was referred to us by a mutual friend who said we would be completely satisfied with Homes by Anacleto. He led his excellent team to successfully complete this forced renovation. He lives by “the devil is in the details” so there were no surprises on costs and outcomes. Gerry and Lindsey provided the added value of their design expertise. We highly recommend this very professional and talented team.

Gerry and Lindsey made our large and extensive project very easy and stress free for my wife and I. I can not say how happy we are with the house that they designed and built for our growing family. I feel like I recommend them everyday to family, friends and anyone who is looking for a professional team who takes pride in their work !!

Gerry and Lindsey are a dream design team. They are extremely creative, full of ideas and energy, and sticklers for detail (which we really appreciate). They're a delight to work, and work was finished punctually and on budget. Each space they have worked on for us is beautiful and so well thought out. We hired Anacleto Design and Homes by Anacleto design to design, plan and build our home renovation back in 2010. Gerry and Lindsay did an amazing job and we couldn't be any happier with the results.

I've heard so many horror stories from friends about their botched and delayed renovations. Lindsey and her team came up with a great design for our house, and Gerry and his team executed on that design flawlessly. Most impressively, Gerry told us it would take exactly 16 weeks to complete the work, and to his word we moved back into our completely reno'd home 16 weeks to the day after the work commenced. Given that you always run into odd, unplanned gotcha's during a reno, it was really comforting to have Gerry and Lindsey helping out to creatively and effectively iron out those wrinkles when they happened.

I was introduced to Gerry Anacleto and was told he was the person that could help us with some specialty finishing work for our new fireplace and mantle. Gerry was very professional, prompt and helpful. He made sure that we talked about our requirements, offered some advice and delivered a great service. The end result is a mantle that is perfect for our home.
