Canada Fences

I cannot comment on feedback from others but I can speak from my own experience. I am very pleased with the fencing project Terry and his crew just finished in our neighbourhood. The price was right and attractive. The guys worked hard to finish the project ASAP. Terry was nice and patient to listen to our (at times) crazy requests and either tried to accommodate for them, when possible, or provided us with alternative options. I would definitely recommend Canada Fences to others and surely would do business with Terry again.

Do NOT use this company! Our group of neighbours used them to install fences under three years ago and the fences are already falling apart. One neighbour had an entire section of fence become detached. The top fence boards are warping and are pulling away from the fence posts. The company has been unresponsive to calls and emails (not just from me but from other neighbours too) requesting they come and repair various issues (fence, gate). One neighbour was told they'd come by to see what needs to be done and nobody showed up months later.

These guys do not apparently install quality,lasting fences and they apparently don't stand by their work and provide follow up within the warranty period. The fence will look good after installation but it won't last. Terry was good to deal with when the project was underway but now he is MIA. Beware!

I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to the owner Terry Robinson and his crew for the great job they did on the repair of our fence. From the time Terry sent us our quote to completion he was nothing but professional. It was a pleasant experience to work with someone who follows through with everything they promised and even a little bit more for the price quoted. Terry, your crew were very dedicated, hard working, friendly and very respectful of our property. They cleaned up the property and took away all the old debris. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Canada Fence to anyone. Thanks for a job well done!

After a winter storm took down our 30 year old fence, and segments of a newer fence, we requested quotes from various GTA fence companies. Canada Fence was chosen as Terry Robinson was punctual, personable, approachable to answer questions, competitive pricewise, and came recommended by contractors I also trust. In addition to the repairs/replacement of my fence, my neighbour erected a new fence elsewhere on their property at the same time. The job was started on time and was completed in two days, on budget, with good quality materials and workmanship, in the manner I asked them to do it in. The contractor who recommended them to me stopped by to inspect the job and was also satisfied. I do not think you can ask any more of a company who does what they say they will do, and what you ask them to do, on time and on budget. I have already recommended Terry and Canada Fence to other neighbours.

Terry was very friendly and it was obvious he was trying to make sure we were happy with the job. I felt his prices were fair, his work was excellent, and when we did have a concern, he dealt with it promptly and effectively. I would certainly use his services again.

Great Company. Owner Terry Robinson is down to earth person. Offered best price in the market, finished the job in right time, even though his bobcat broke.Crew is awesome.Left my place neat and tidy.While working mistakes do happen, but were paid attention and were corrected immidiately without any hesitation.Good 250 feet fence done in promised time, would reccomend this company to all.

Please everyone BEWARE DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY. Do not give a deposit. The owner, Terry and his crew up there with the worst people I have ever dealt with. They are scam artists. I could write a book on this company. My job was booked in July and is still unfinished. We will be finding a reputable company to finish the job. His Crew tell me they have not been paid from long time. Thanks for the info )I think that's why they do a job like that , I hope you get the rest of your money from this horrible person Terry, best of luck in the future. I fell that my experience is typical but needs to be shared in order to protect "other innocent homeowners". Please Everyone Read your contract before you give him the deposit . Over all Canada fence is a very bad contractor. Once the deposit is received they will come up with all sorts of excuses as to why they can't start the job as promised. After numerous research we finally chose Canada fence The price was competitive but the work was delayed and delayed. It Still unfinished...it's a nightmare...do not use this company at all!! That's all.The worst company ever. This message for owner Terry i hope he reads this and other people.

terry (Canada Fence) and his crew did a very bad job -mistakes all over and not corrected. terry is not responding. I am very unhappy about this.

one end of my fence were Canada Fence installed a 2x6 instead of a 6x6. The other end of my fence attached to an existing neighbors fence witch is a 4x4.If you ever saw shoddy work - this one tops the cake. Pictures always tells it like it is.

Terry and his crew did a fantastic job working in a very tight space. They handled the tear out of an old deck, excavation and the installation of a new fence. I’m very satisfied with the end result and would highly recommend these guys.
