Tile Town

We were doing a kitchen backsplash and had a hard time matching the faux marble countertop in our house. Nothing in the big box stores looked right so we tried out various tile stores as well. Tile town had a large selection and we were able to find a beautiful mosaic that made the statement we were looking for. The prices were higher, but we expected that in a specialty store. Most of the tiles we asked about were stocked in the store as well, so there was no wait time to order it in. The staff were very helpful and made recommendations based on our photos and explanation. They were also helpful in planning out how much tile we needed to complete the project. We used every tile but had no excess! Very pleased.

Tile Town staff were helpful and efficient. I appreciated that tiles could be taken home and compared to paint and counter colours. Their products are excellent and their installer was excellent too.

we were renovating our house and our kitchen and bathroom needed tiles. They had much the same tiles as the bigger tiles stores and could get what we wanted in a short time

Tile town had the tile we wanted and accommodated us with what they had in stock and ordered the remaining for 2 weeks later at a discount. Their service was appreciated and courteous.

We had gone to Tile Town to purchase the grout, subfloor, and tools required to do the tiling of our kitchen floor. We always find that the workers have top rated customer service and are extremely knowledeable in their products. We had gone with a different supplier for the tiles as the delivery time from Tile Town was longer and we needed to get the renovation done as soon as possible. However, if the delivery was shorter we would have much rather went with Tile Town as the price was the same, and the customer service was far superior.

Convenient location in Richmond. Huge shows room with lots of displays. Friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. No pressure when you are in the store. Good quality product with reason price. Some products cannot be returned if it is special orders

We purchased all teh tile and flooring from Tile Town for our home that we had built. We were very happy wiht the service, but miss the small corporation feel you get with local stores.

We will be back because of the price.

The place was very dreary and didn't seem very professional. The service was adequate but i was looking for more information that they could not provide which i think was a downfall to the company. As well as better segregation of which tiles are meant to be used where in the household would help.

We wanted to do the tile in our kitchen and started with tile town. The staff not only helped us choose the product that was right for us but they went out of their way to explain how we could do it ourselves. We made a couple of phone calls for some help when we were installing and they answered them.

we have used this store before. The staff were very informative and friendly. They have a great selection of tiles to choose from. The store is clean. The prices are veery comparable to other places we have looked. We would this store to others.
