Without hesitation I would recommend any of their services

100% satisfied . We started using tis company when our old furnace broke down and they where the only ones available
We had a plus service warranty that covered 2 inspections and cleaning and covered all parts and labour.
They kept my old furnace in tip top shape, they where always reliable and explained any needed service.
When we where due for a new furnace and air conditioner, I did not hesitate in using them
They showed up promptly , finished on time , left no mess and went over everything with me.
To say the least their technicians are without equal in an industry loaded with less than scrupulous companies.

Booked appointment quickly, called to let me know when tech was on his way.
Tech was prompt, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Corrected something a tech from another company did wrong (wiring), who then left because he was too busy to do this job?! Guess if you don't want to buy a brand new furnace, some company's cant be bothered with you. Not the case with Abbey Air/Service Experts.

I will use Abbey air again and happily refer them.

Our 10 year old Lennox airconditoner broke down for the first time ever this summer. Looked up the Lennox website and found a list of authorized service companies. Called a couple and got voice mail. Called Service Experts and was able to get through to a person, who booked a service appointment and had a technician come over the same afternoon. The technician was knowledgeable, clearly explained the costs before he did the work. We were very happy with the professionalism of the technician and the person who answered our call and booked the service appointment.

Needed hot water tank and these people don't send you a bill so all of a sudden they tell you that you owe them money. When you try to make arrangements to pay off your debt, they refuse and they will not sell to you or service their products

Abbey Air made a good presentation that was clear about prices and products. Their staff did a good job of installation and the furnace performs very well. The annual maintenance visit also went well.

We had our 30+ year old furnace & AC replaced with new Lennox High-Efficiency models. We got quotes from several differenc companies (some very large, some very small). Abbey Air was by far the most thorough when determining the size and model that we needed. They also were the best priced (especially since we were able to purchase through Costco and reaped some extra savings!). We were happy to purchase these items from Abbey Air and were even more happy on the day of installation. The install crew was exteremely professional, clean and efficient. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I have used Abbey Air for both furnace and air conditioning maintenace for the past several years and their technicians are professional and knowledgable. They always take the time to explain what they've done and answer questions.

They finished the job at the approximate price and time they had given me at the beginning. Nothing was broken everything was accurate with what I wanted from them. They were honest hardworking and I would recommend them to other potential customers.
