Rob's Albertan Service Experts

In December of 2010, our furnace quit working a week or so before Christmas. We called a few places and decided on Rob's Albertan. They came out quickly to assess the problem, fixed it and determined that we needed to replace our furnace. An appointment was made and a rep came out to give us an estimate, at which time we decided to replace our aging water heater as well.

Installation of our new furnace and tankless heater was done a few days before Christmas. The installers were great, knowledgeable and fast. Everything was completed the same day. Since then, we had a couple of issues but they have come out quickly each time and taken care of the problems.

We had water leaking from our furnace area. They came out twice and "fixed" the problem, but both times after they left the leak was still there. Finally my husband figured out that the pipe leading from the humidifier to the drain was clogged. Shouldn't an expert check the simple things like this? We are currently trying to get some of our money refunded.
The man that came out both times was extremely nice. update: They did agree to refund part of our money, which we felt was fair.

we used this company to service our furnace every yer. Our furnace broke down, and the serviceman gave us some options: to fix it and to buy a new one. We decided to go with the new furnace because it came with a warrantee and our old one was too old. I was very happy with the installation. I let the installers come in the morning and when I came home, they were complete. I am happy with the service. I haven't had issues with the furnace and hot water tank since.

Do NOT call these guys!! After they sold us & installed air conditioning, they cancelled their "prescion tuneup" appts told us they could come after 6 PM. Cancelled appt after appt. The most recent time they did not even phone us to cancell. Wasted our time sitting waiting around for them to show up!

Hot water tank failed. Called the company Saturday morning. They were finished by early Saturday afternoon. The two guys that came in were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the work. I will call them in the future and i would recommend them to other homeowners.

Joe was a great comfort to us and I highly recommend him. He listened to your needs,problems and assessed the situation,diagnosing areas of concern.
