Working with Stone-Ridge, on a project I had no experience with, was a great experience.
From the initial meeting with the estimator, to the day of the final paving, every individual representing Stone-Ridge was pleasant, professional, and highly skilled.
My driveway now looks fantastic, and even though there were delays to the paving portion due to rainy weather, at no time did I worry or concern myself.
I just knew I was in good hands, and my faith in this contractor was greatly repaid.
I highly recommend Stone-Ridge to anyone looking for paving/concrete work done.
So much so, I've already committed to them for further work in 2017 Spring!

I recently hired Stone Ridge to remove and re-install both driveway asphalt as well as existing concrete sidewalk and curbs. The job schedule was adhered to and I was kept abreast of the dates the work was going to be performed. I will say one of the draw backs (forgot to mention to Sal) with the work notifications is that the calls are typically the night before and if you are like me, you like to be home when the work is performed. So if need to book time off, short notice may not work for you. Aside from that communication was good. There were a few hick ups along the way however nothing that couldn't be worked out and compromised between myself and Sal. I did get multiple quotes with Stone Ridge in the middle of them all regarding cost. I would just suggest that you make sure you are clear on what your expectations are as to what final product and finishes you want as well as have them review what they are or "aren't expected to do". All things aside I would both recommend and use them again.

We are very happy with our new front concrete walkway, curbs and paved driveway. All work was professional and the finished product is of excellent quality. We highly recommend this company.

Excellent work...they came when they said they would on all occasions...the french curbs were beautiful..Sal's team knew what they were doing and Sal stayed til the end to make sure everything was righ and we were happy..my neighbour and I had 2 adjoining driveways with a curb separating them and french curbs on the side...they made sure everything was perfect..excellent work and will recommend to anyone I can

I needed a new driveway and I was determined to have French curbs ever since I saw them at a friends house. Sal gave me the best estimate and after researching around, he was the best choice. Not just on price, but on reviews overall. Well he showed up when he said he would, performed the work as outlined and scheduled. I even stood watch so to speak over the concrete and driveway work. Working with and consulting with Sal made the job easy and by doing "my part" in working with my contractor, I have an amazing result. Will the work hold up? We'll see. But because of my minimal efforts (weed removal and provision of a solid backing against the chain-link fence for example) and the consultation and attention to detail exhibited by Stone-Ridge I have no doubt that I will enjoy my new driveway for years to come. Two driveways done at two locations and within a year full of cracks... Called the Stoneridge to have them come and honour their warranty and never heard back. When I did speak to the woman that answered the phone, she was rude and with horrible customer service telling me not to call back and that Sal would contact me when they are in the area... Needless to say never got a call from Sal.
Anyone using this service, I would not recommend them at all...

Stone Ridge Paving has completed several asphalt paving projects for my company in the last couple years. Stone Ridge has been very reliable, prompt, and provided fair and competitive pricing. I have used many paving companies in the past, but I stick with Stone Ridge who have the best workmanship and quality.

We contracted Stine Ridge to pave our driveway as well do concrete curbs and a concrete entrance. The work was done in Aug2015. The day after the paving was done we noticed something was popping up through and creating a bubble and opening. We contacted them right away and was told they will look at it next time in the area. We waited a month with no signs or word from them and contacted them again. They replied "we told you we will be around when we do the driveways undone on your street"... oh ok. So we waited and waited and I watched for the driveways up the street to get done. End of October I noticed the driveways up the street were done but still no signs of Stone Ridge. I contacted them again and they said the boss is away and will look at it after his holidays. Mid Nov I got a reply the repair was done as there was an acorn in the asphalt that caused it. As I look at my driveway and the repair done I'm so disappointed in the workmanship on the repair and the time it took for them to do anything about something we told them about in Aug and the day after they did the work. I thought I paid a reasonable price for what I was hoping would be a nice looking driveway. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Job done end of summer 2013. Spring 2014 Concrete cracked (sidewalk to front porch) - called for repair - said they would. 8 calls later still nothing done. this summer; split down paved driveway - Work done 2 years ago. Just called July 2015 since they are doing work on the street to caulk the sidewalk crack at least!!! Lets see what they do.

Still no one has shown up after another 6 phone calls.

I have called again TWICE as a friendly reminder that the owner made the commitment to come by and STILL NOTHING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.....
