Kitchen was very professional in the job performed in my kitchen (I live in a condo.) The job was completed in one week from the day I selected my quartz. Although they showed up a bit late on delivery day, I am very pleased with the turnout. The installer was very resourceful and knowledgeable about maintenance and care. I trusted his recommendations. I would highly recommend this business.

The worst company EVER!!! Tea, the woman who answers the phone repeatedly ignored me, NEVER called me back, although she always said she would. Rescheduled several times, even though I had stayed home from work to wait for them. I think these '10' star ratings are totally bogus, probably written by the employee. Would not recommend or use this company again.

We had our kitchen re-done a little while ago & our contractor recommended k.c. granite & marble. I went to their warehouse & was treated very well. The sales person told me what I really like & would have been much more expensive would not be suitable for my purposes. Can you imagine someone talking a customer out of something very expensive? I told my contractor & even though he agreed with the salesperson he was most impressed by their honesty. They measured my counter tops, delivered on the day they said they would come & then gave me all sorts of tips on how to care for the granite. I am very glad I went with this company & highly recommend them.

KC installed a quartz countertop for us in June. The seam is completely flawed, and the woman who answers the phone has completely been avoiding our numerous phone calls and emails. She keeps telling us that she will call us right back but is clearly not intending to do so. They came highly recommended to us, and we are so disappointed that the job was not done properly. I will continue to try to contact them, but I would caution those considering them. Their good prices unfortunately also bring with them very poor customer service.

Renovating our granite counter was not an easy choice to make. It's a lifelong investment and I was very careful and picky about who I went to. They seem to be quite popular in Toronto. Several of my neighbors and contractors recommended KC, as they were well acquainted with the owner. They're a little busy during the Christmas season but for us it was worth the wait. Our stone was imported from Brazil, where cheaper places only had products made in China. Price was negotiable and the final installation was quick and seamless. I'm happy with the service but most importantly the detailed QUALITY of the final product.

Installers took care and paid attention to the details of the install. They efficiently pulled out the old counters, braced for the new, and ensured the seamless installation of the new counters. They even took time to raise the stove to the new hight of the counters. They did have to wait about an hour and a half for the new stone to arrive, but when it arrived they were done in about two hours. After having made a few adjustment cuts to the counters and polishing the ends to they matched the finish on the stone. I felt as though they were caring about the install as much as if it were in their own homes.

As someone mentioned the offices are nothing to write home about, but their inventory is vast and I was able to pick my slab on the first time I walked in to talk. The next day the owner came to my house and measured, then when he called with an estimate, I dropped back after work and paid a 1000 deposit (which was non-refundable).

My only issue was having to initiate some contact to figure out when the install was going to take place. I know they're busy, but when I was told they'd call on a certain day, and I had to call them a day or two later it was a little worrisome. That and the fact that because of equipment failure my install was pushed to the Saturday (from Friday, and prior to that Thursday), which meant getting a plumber on Sunday or wait until Monday with no kitchen water or dishwashing.

Anyway, now that it's here, from initial visit to the full install, it was four weeks, and it looks BEAUTIFUL! Very impressed with the quality of stone and of workmanship. It's ready to wow anyone who walks into the home.

REFERED BY A FRIEND TO INSTALL THE GRANITE THROUGH THEM. I SHOPPED AROUND TO THREE DIFFERENT PLACES AND FOUND THE WERE THE BEST PRICE WITH THE MOST SELECTION IN GRANITE. THE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH OF THE GRANITE WE LIKED SO THE ORDERED MORE FROM BRAZIL FOR US TO PICK FROM. VERY HAPPY WITH THERE SERVICE.

We completely gutted and renovated our Kitchen in 2006, complete with beautiful granite countertops. We chose KC based on recommendations from our architect, who had used them for several residential projects.
We dealt directly with Chan, who was helpful in the granite selection/design and installation process. Yes the offices were a mess but this is a fabrication shop. We weren't there to pay big $$ for the company to maintain a glitzy showroom and pushy sales staff. Our prioities were to get a great product at a great price.
The installation team showed at the appointed day/time as promised and did a wonderful job - including installation of our new undermount sink. If memory serves, I believe the installation took about 3 hrs.
We just sold our home (Oct 2010) and the granite counters still look as shiny and new as the day they were installed. We plan to renovating the kitchen in our new home and will be using KC Granite again. A beautiful product at a great price!

I ordered a countertop and put the deposit on it. The time to get the final product became unreasonable.When I did get it,the countertop was not sealed.I had made a number of calls to this company;calls were not returned. Finally I did speak with the owner, who made arrangements to rectify the problem. There were still many problems after I spoke with him, but the worst was the evasive and deceptive conduct of the front line staff. I had decided to personally go to their office. The woman in the office told me that the manager was on a vacation and not returning for a week. Another woman walked by me and asked if I needed help. This was the managers wife. I told her that I wanted to deal with the manager. She said "wait a minute, he's working in the back". I told her that the reception staff told me that he was on vacation. She made no apologies for her staffs' conduct. Eventually I got the problems sorted out. Their business card states"Price, Quality and Craftmanship Guaranteed" I paid a big price of time and money for a lot of poor service and aggravation

KC Granite was recommended to us by a friend. We hired them to do our granite kitchen counter top. Their service was exceptional from beginning to end, they were able to comply with our special requests, their price was very reasonable and they had everything done in exactly 1 week. Compared to the other places we considered, KC Granite was by far the most professional and accomodating.
