Aromi worked very hard to accommodate your unreasonable requests that we hang around outside in the rain while you ran errands for an hour or two when our work would only take a few hours. And we had an appointment made by your builder with your acceptance
Also there were many " Move-in" marks we repaired for you. Furthermore the builder gave us a definitive list of what to do and they are our clients. You agree to these services and limitations when you sign the Agreement of Purchase and Sale with. The builder. You also agree to provide access to the trades during business hours. This is also a Tarion requirement.
Also we were not the exclusive painters at your home. The builder does some painting with their service personnel
The service man Kimal was instructed by me ( and paid). To try to accommodate you within our limited budget and he did just that -as you state in your review- and we receive your review which negatively assesses Kimal's services and mine. Bonuses are affected and reputation damaged. I sincerely don't know what else we could have done to for you.
