I pay a monthly fee for an account it payed fir itself many times over and over , the other day I had a girl From caa put a battery in my truck tgrn my kitchen acted up and a nice female plumber came and made it well Glad she came was very good knowledgeable and had great customer service she did a great job and for her male coworkers if yiu need some advice ask her she is a great plumber!

Good service. Michael was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He checked out the electrical works in two rooms and was successful in getting ceiling fan operating. He ordered a part to replace an old worn out one for kitchen pot lights. Thank you.

I was having furnace trouble and called Mackenzie Plumbing and Heating. They set out a technician on a holiday. Colten arrived at my door to get me some heat. He was very professional and courteous and friendly.
He worked very hard to get the furnace up and running again.

I signed up for the full member service (plumbing, heating, electric for approx 50 dollars a month). All the technicians that I've had come to the house, over the past 4 years, have always been very friendly and professional. They always explain the work they are doing. I'm not a fan of the call center but I am always very satisfied with the technicians and the work they do.

First of all I would like to say that we rent the Tankless Hot Water Heater and this has been working perfectly for the last 2 years. We also have a recirculating pump so the hot water is instantly available when you turn on the tap. Our recirculating pump stopped working and I called Reliance to come and take a look at it. First Brittany came to look at the pump and determined that it was the electrical connection that was not functioning properly. So Stephan Schulz, plumber, and Michael Hill, electrician, came out to our house and were able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. They also saw that the pump vibration was causing some unnecessary noise and also fixed that. Thank you to all the Reliance team for helping me to solve the issue I was having in a courteous and timely manner. I would highly recommend Reliance for their great service!

Annual maintenance on furnace. Very professional and friendly service. Cost was covered from my monthly protection and maintenance plan. Very pleased with this company and know I can rely on them if anything goes wrong with my furnace or A/C

I got a quote from reliance on 3 different furnaces and choose a new carrier. The team that installed the furnace did a fantastic job! When they were done they walked me through what they had done and how to run the furnace and humidifier. Great guys , great service.
