One of the worst experiences of our lives and I wish I had my old windows back. It took almost 2 years to replace 5 windows. Cayman windows are all around a bad quality window service. Install and quality of window was so bad had to do complete job twice. Quality of windows is still bad the second time around . Several items were damaged in our home. There was no Professionalism from the first install team and only some from second install team. Customer service was very
Unsatisfactory to none at all And warranty forget about it. I would not recommend getting Cayman windows to do any work at your home.

The folks at Cayman Windows are easy to deal with, they provided good advice on style and colour choices.
The installation went smoothly with my windows, quality is excellent so two years later I got new doors on my house as well.

Cayman Windows replaced all our windows. Mike gave us excellent advice on what style and colour to get. We chose the awning style at the top of the front windows, which really helps with no screens for our dog to tear up. All our windows are now awning style and we love them. The triple panes keep the right temp inside and are a great noise reducer. Scott was so quick and efficient in measuring everything up and Rob and the crew did a great installation job. They were quick and very professional and everything was nice and clean when they left. I would definitely recommend Cayman windows (and have many times since). From start to finish we were very happy with their services.

We contracted with Cayman Windows & Doors to install a new side door on our house. We were advised of an install date and the gentlemen arrived at the time we were told. They were very polite and professional and did an amazing job. The door fits like a glove and the cleanup was wonderful. You would never have known they were here. We would highly recommend this firm.

We had complete window and patio door replacement, including cutting a new patio door in. Everyone from the salesman to the installers were wonderful! The windows were even installed before our quoted install date. There was not a scrap, not dust left anywhere inside our outside of the house.

We checked out 3 or 4 companies to install our windows but decided to "go local" because Cayman windows had been in business for many years and backed their windows with a lifetime warranty on everything. They began to install the 6 windows we purchased within 4 weeks of our order, started at about 9am and finished by 3pm. They cleaned up afterwards and we are thrilled with their product. When we asked for an adjustment on 3 of the window locking mechanisms to make it easier for my wife to open the windows, they jumped into action and tailor-made a solution without additional charge. I was also able to tap into a "Frugal Friday" discount through our local paper which reduced the $7000 cost. I'm more than happy with the results.

I had my last 2 slider windows replaced, but unfortunately they were not the style I had thought I ordered. I thought I was getting the ones that lift into the house for ease of cleaning. Instead I got the ones where you have to physically lift them out to clean. Finally they were replaced by the company at no charge 7 months later. Thank you for replacing the window style to lift into the house.

My husband had used the Cayman team for some professional projects for his company, and we chose them for our own home's window replacement. We found them to be friendly, professional and realistic for the timeline and the amount of work to be done. Rob and Adam did an excellent job of installing and the clean-up following.
