Dave was friendly and knowledgeable. The service was explained very clearly. The ducts are clean and gravel free and the place smells great with that harmless cleaner. He also explained how my furnace system worked including how to distribute the air to the front and rear of my home in different ratios to address hot/cold spots. Dave will be my permanent duct guy.

Well worth the money. I don't usually give a 10 rating for anything, but I can't think of anything I wasn't satisfied with.

Furnace control board failed and the next day Brian came out to repair. Since he was coming out already, I also asked him to direct-vent the furnace. The success of this story is how quickly he accomodated me on short notice, even if it meant staying late to finish the job. That's dedication. While I felt that his pricing may not always be cheapest, his workmanship is good and he is reliable. This is the 4th time Brian has come out to do work on my house and I highly recommend.

I was on the market for this replacement job and I had seen many other heating professional. Brian was the first to come with a simple pricing without sales tricks that from the beginning was reasonable with the same (if not higher) recommendation and education around the equipment.

The installation went smoothly and all was delivered properly and follow up was great. Communication was excellent and craftsmanship very good.

Contacted Brian regarding air conditioner that didn't work in the middle of the summer heat wave.
Relatively new house. Hardly any cold air. He came out quickly and identified the problem. As it turns out, it was an installer error - faulty soldered connection. He said it should be covered by the original installer at no charge. He took digital pictures to show them, and He even offered to have them contact him if they needed any info. In the end it was fixed by the original HVAC installer.

He didn't make a ton of $ from me, and could have charged me to fix the problem, but instead in the end only it only cost me a service call. I will definitely use him again.

Dave and his helper had been very thorough with the job. They are courteous and did extra without being asked. Exceptionally good service. Would recommend to other households any time.

I was extremely happy with the service Dave provided . He was punctual and arrived on time to complete the job . He went beyond the call of duty and gave me so many recommedations for my furnace and other hardware (e.g water heater ,humidifier etc). He even fixed my vent for my gas dryer that was damaged and malfunctioning. He purchased the gas vent and expertly installed the vent . The workmanship was exceptional . But it even gets better. The carpet cleaning was done exceptionally by Evan and we were impressed by the quality and workmanship once again . We've had our carpets cleaned before this job was far the best we have seen . He even left the fans he provided overnight to ensure the carpets were dry.
