Delfa Windows And Doors

Never deal with this guy, or his company EVER. This salesman Alex from Delfa Windows & Doors overcharged my Visa by $200, my final invoice shows paid in full so perhaps he thought I wouldn't notice. I caught this when I received my Visa bill and called Alex. Then he said he would send a cheque for $200. That was his BS line for 6 weeks of chasing him, phone calls unanswered, he simply disappeared. I called Visa and they put a hold on payment. Visa also opened a fraud investigation on Delfa Windows & Doors. Never deal with this guy, or his company EVER. The installer was an independant subcontractor named Michal M who took my Visa information, I would not deal with him either.

BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH NEVER RETURNS THE CALLS I have PROBLEMS with the doors and he will never wants to come and fix it DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM

I had a few windows and sidings installed by Delfa not long ago. The windows are ok, but my advice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Alex the owner and salesman will be very nice until taking your money, but if you have a problem with the work performed, he will never try to fix or even call you back as it is normal. Called over 30 times in the few weeks, left voice mails, even spoke with Alex 2 times and every time he said he is busy, cannot talk and will call back in few minutes ... guess what? he never called and I have now to fix myself the issues I have with the sidings Delfa didn't install properly.
I hope I'll never have problems with the windows which are under the warranty, I will check what are the right authorities to be involved in this situation and will contact Windowcity as well which is the windows manufacturer. I assume there should be some kind of business standards for their dealers. This is not acceptable business practice.

Alex (owner/salesman) is dishonest. I used this company based on the quality of the door. The door is great, however the service is terrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I have a gap between my doors and they are not coming out to fix it. I have called numerous times and Alex keeps saying that he will send someone. It has been 3 weeks now and my problem is not fixed.
Another problem is that when Alex sold me the doors, he did not mention that the installer was going to cut my security off for my doors. Now I cannot arm my home!!! He and the installer should have mentioned that they were going to cut the wires, so I could make some arrangements. Now it is going to cost me another $100 to call the alarm company and have a tech come out to reconnect my door!!!!
Hidden costs, a real back breaker.
I should have not paid him the entire amount. Now that he has my money, he ignores me!!!!!
Get your doors and windows from Home Depot or someone else.

Do not use this company. I have been calling them for the last 3 months with over 15 phone calls as my front door is jammed and no longer opens and one of the windows fell out when my wife was cleaning it. I have been asked at least 6 times for my address and that someone would be calling me, and after three long frustrating months, I have not yet had a call back from the service guy. I asked for his number today, and they would not provide it. Do not use these guys.
