Adanac Roofing And Gutters

We engaged Adanac Roofing and Gutters to replace our shingles, and install new gutters with a leaf guard system. They delivered exactly what we were promised in the original quote. Communication with the estimator (Kurt) was clear and timely, and their crews professional and courteous. Adanac’s quote was not the lowest we received, but we weren’t looking for a budget roof. We were looking for professional installation, attention to detail and the peace-of-mind, which comes knowing the company was fully bonded and insured. We’re very pleased with our decision.

Adana Roofing just replaces our gutters on October 23rd 2020. We are very pleased with the results. We spoke with Dan the owner to arrange a time slot. We explained that my son, who has Autism, would have difficulty coping with people he didn’t know coming to do repairs. Dan worked with our schedule.

Matt and Charisse, Dan’s employee’s, started work exactly when they were scheduled on both days. They were very efficient and precise. Matt and Charisse problem solved an additional issue with the fascia board on the front of the house. It needed to be replaced as was damaged by another contractor who was not an employee of Adanac. The contractor damaged the gutter leaf guard AluRex system when he installed mesh to keep the squirrels out of the attic.

I decided to get all of the gutters replaced and I requested a cloud change. Matt and Charisse went above and beyond to ensure that you the job was done was done right and that all the old materials were removed.

Adanac replaced my roof in 2012. I hired them again to do my gutters because they did great job re roofing the house.

The job involved replacing asphalt shingles on a small house and garage. The roof on the house also required repairs to the eaves and soffits.
I am very satisfied with the job that Adanac did. From the beginning, when Kurt provided me with a quote and discussed various options, to the completion of the work, everything was done very professionally, as advertised. David's crew arrived early in the morning, and completed the job the following day. The crew worked efficiently and carefully, taking special care working around the landscaping, and did a great job accessing some of the trickier parts of the roof. A thorough clean-up was done after each day. The final cost came in as quoted, even though there were some unexpected complications and repair work, which, I'm sure, involved some extra work. And, most importantly, the final result looks great. I have no reservations about highly recommending Adanac for this type of work.

Had our roof and gutters installed about 8 years ago. No problems so far except one - one of the fascia started to rot as the end shingle (don't know to actual name of that thing) over the protruding end of fascia was a bit too short. The fascia itself was way older than our new roof. Called Dan, the owner. Exchanged a couple emails. He came in person to check the issue and a week later he sent a very nice guy Manny who fixed the problematic fascia. Happy to confirm - company indeed is staying behind their 10 years warranty. BTW, as per Manny, our roof still looks like new, so quality of materials (shingles) is also very good.

For last 30 years I was working as construction inspector was dealing with hundreds contractors good,bad,average but Adanac Roofing one of the best Construction crew and management is excellent and price is right.

Adanac was recommended by a friend. We thought the reviews were too good to be true but they weren't. Cody was excellent and everything went as planned with no delays or surprises. The work crew led by Mardo were hard working, polite and did a great job of cleaning up the site at the end of each day. We were extremely pleased with the end result and will not hesitate to recommend Adanac.
