We had to put a new roof on our house due to a leak during the winter season, after comparing companies and receiving multiple quotes it was obvious that Adanac was the right choice. We were right! Their pricing was right in line with all quotes received and their service was above and beyond what we would expect. Not only did the crew fix some sheeting they went as far as to recommend some additional venting to ensure our new roof was installed to last for many years to come. They then proceeded to do so at no further cost to the quoted price. The on-site crew was friendly and their experience was evident from the get go. I would recommend Adanac to anyone at a drop of a hat!

I just want to commend Kurt for his professionalism. Not only did he make a great presentation in his proposal, but, he also addressed a concern I had about our kitchen ceiling which turned out to be nothing his company did. For our roof, the two man crew arrived early in the morning (around 7:15-7:30am). It took about 2 days to complete and the third day they cleaned up. Our roof was long over due for replacing and fortunately there was no roof rot damage. This company also inspects the roof for any roof rot and will let you know if there are any sections that need to be replaced with plywood before proceeding any further.

The shingles we chose were Malarkey Vista. It has scotchgard in it and these shingles are supposed to have copper in it to protect from moss regrowth. However, after doing research online, there is no such thing as moss resistant shingles. Time will tell if these shingles will be able to resist moss buildup. The color shingles we went with was the Midnight Black. However, when installed and in natural daylight, the shingles look more like a dark charcoal grey color (which we were expecting from watching youtube videos of other home installations). The shingles are a good heavier quality shingle too 240lbs/per square.

The price quote was exactly on budget and compared to 2 other price quotes from 2 other companies was 2-3K less than their quotes. We also had our unfinished skylight removed (was told it would be around $150) and closed up with plywood. But, in the end, they did not charge us for it either!

They also did a good job cleaning up after the job was done. Was is it a perfect clean up? No, but you can't expect every little tiny piece to be cleaned up when your dealing with old shingles that were at the point of falling apart.

I highly recommend this company!! There is a reason why they have been number 1 in customer satisfaction for 9 to 10 years in a row! I don't believe you can find another company that can offer the same quality workmanship, quality shingles, at a better or even equivalent price! Choose Adanac and you will not be disappointed!!

Complete new roof installed in under three days. Including replacement of some rotted wood underneath the old tiles at no extra cost. Friendly and efficient crew. Nice and thorough clean-up afterwards. Adanac was recommended by a previously satisfied friend -- we would happily play this recommendation forward.

We selected three reputable roofing companies to obtain cost estimation. We met with Cody, project manager for adanac roofing and gutters. We were so impressed by Cody's knowledge and his presentation on the work to be done that we didn't have to get other estimation. Cody's professional approach and attention to details made it easier for us to hire his team.

Price was great, an workmanship was done quickly and the area was always safe as cleanup was all ways done. public relation was very good in showing us all the option and choices that were available to us. Very honest and professional company to work with.

We selected Adanac Roofing after contacting 3 different roofing companies. My mother-in-law referred me to them. Cody was professional and helpful in detailing what they could do for us and I was shocked and pleased to learn that a shingle roof could have a lifetime warranty and never need replacing. We decided to have the gutters replaced and added the leaf guard option as the height of our house made gutter cleaning a task that we would never attempt ourselves. The idea that we would never need to hire someone to clean the gutters again made financial sense to go for this upgrade. When the crew showed up to work they were friendly, approachable and professional. I was extremely impressed with their manner and courtesy as I had to be in and out of the house a fair bit with young kids. Our roof was replaced in February and there was a heavy snow just after completion. The bin was still in our driveway and maneuverability was challenging, as was parking. They made a special effort to remove the bin in challenging conditions, even helping me to shovel the snow to make a path! Just recently I noticed some overflow from the gutters at one corner of the roof (several months later). They listened to my concerns and sent someone to take care of it with the same politeness, care, consideration and professionalism. I have already referred their services to my best friend and I would not hesitate to refer them again. Thank you Adanac Roofing for doing such a great job!

My reroofing job required the removal of several past layers of shingles and underlay from decades of old roofing work done before. Kurt, my Adanac project manager, made excellent suggestions for all the questions and concerns I had, ranging from the type and choice of durable shingles to repairing a leak on an overhanging eve at the back of my house. He was always considerate and I never felt pressure from him to hire Adanac for my roofing work. Having said that, I’m extremely happy I did! The work crew, headed by JC, worked hard and quickly, did a stunning laying down of the shingles, which now looks incredible with the cut and symmetry of the shingles placements! During the reroofing, details like redistributing house insulation under the roof, which was not part of the roofing work, was done out of courtesy. Metal flashing was installed where there had been an opening done by squirrels entering the home walls, was very kindly installed. The roofing crew finished in the estimated time and did an impeccable job of taking away all the old wood/shingles/nails etc. They got it all! The workers were always polite and gave their all from start to finish! Summing up, I recommend Adanac Roofing and Gutters Ltd wholeheartedly! Bravo!
