Adanac Roofing And Gutters

Adanac recently replaced my asphalt roof with Certainteed Landmark Pro Shingles. I am very pleased with the work done and would recommend Adanac to my family and friends. Kurt was my project manager and explained the quote and roofing process thoroughly. All follow-up questions I had were also answered quickly. The project was started and completed by the roofing crew in a timely and professional manner. Great job, Adanac.

Cody was quick to provide a detailed quote. Their price was fair, and I got the impression they would do a good job. I was not disappointed. The roof and gutters look great.

Cody was easy to get a hold of and worked with me to find a start time that was convenient. His crews were friendly and professional. The work was done quickly, and the site was cleaned after. There were a couple of minor follow up issues which they took care of quickly with no questions asked.

In January 2015, we decided to change our cedar shake roof. I have a reasonable knowledge about house construction but didn't know any roofing compnies operating in the Lower mainland. I went to the Better Business Bureau website and made a list of about 20 roofing companies with an A+ rating, and who had no complaints at the bureau. I finally narrowed the list to 14 companies that specialized in cedar conversion and especially dealt with Certainteed laminate shingles. All the 14 companies gave me an estimate and also educated me, regarding the various shingle brands, the reliability and their warranty. I learned about the class action suits against shingel companies and finally decided on Certainteed Capital Landmark TL shingle in a black walnut colour. The big question was which roofing company to trust, I didn't hide the fact that I was getting 14 estimates and from which companies. I took into account what they included in their estimates, the extras, cost, reliability, punctuality, history and availabiltiy for the job. I finally picked Adanac Roofing after 1.5 months of research. I liked Dan (the owner) from the start, he was punctual for the meetings, honest, straightforward and knowledgable. I gave him the contract for the roof and the new gutters with the T-Rex leaf guard system. His price was amongst the best of the 14 companies and included everythign in the estimate that I needed. In April 2015 they removed the old roof and installed a new one in 3 days. His team of roofers were punctual, diligent, courteous, and perfectionist. They did they work as if it were their own house. I like Matt and Russel particularly. The new gutters were installed in one day and it was efficently done. I am happy I picked Dan's Adanac Roofing and would recommend them to anyone with all my heart.

Kurt and his team did a brilliant job starting with giving us a competitive quote to delivering an excellent product. We were very impressed by everybody professionalism and work ethic. We had originally gone with another roofing company that was recommend to us. After the original roofer had started and removed part of our roof he did not show up for weeks. We ended up with damage to the inside of our house and were very frustrated when we contacted Adanac Roofing. We had found them on Homestars. Kurt, our Adanac Roofing contact, was very informative and answered all of our questions quickly. Once we decided to move forward with them, Adanac Roofing workers were here a week later. The workers were great, really polite and helpful if you had any questions about the process. The roof was completed within 3 days of them starting. They even cleaned up after themselves and made sure there were no nails anywhere. I really appreciate everything Kurt did for us. I total recommend them and ask for Kurt.

Fabulous job! Adanac installed our tile roof 21 years ago and when we needed the build up of moss removed we called them to clean off the pieces of moss. While they were up there they noticed a few chipped or broken tiles. (Probably weather related damage after 21 yrs.) The expert workers he has new just how to repair and replace the tiles the very next day. We also were in need of new gutters. The miter joints were leaking badly. Adanac could help up there as well.
Very efficient job all done in just a few days. We are very, very happy and would recommend them to everyone.
The price was very reasonable. Covered up all the areas around the house to prevent any damage etc. Took away all the old product and left everything spic and span tidy and clean. The owner was also popping in several times throughout the job and checked in with us a final time for an inspection and to make sure we were happy. Great service!

Dan Marr was very competitive with his pricing. He treated both myself and my wife with respect at all times and was very accomodating in taking care of our extra needs such as replacing rotten facia board and chimney flashings. Adanac Roofing is also a certified installer with CertainTeed 4 star warranty program and that was important to us.

Rusty, Matt and their crew were the best of the best. They were always there on time when they said they would be there and the clean up was done nightly and final clean up was done with utmost care even over the lawn. Didn't find any nails after the job was done.

Dan's help in deciding the color of the shingle was appreciated and he even put up two different shingles on our roof so we can see which looks better. In the end, we went with the Black Walnut which of course had been his suggestion in the first place. We are delighted with the final look of the roof.
