Adanac Roofing And Gutters

We were planning on replacing our roof later this spring, but we had a small leak so we decided to advance the schedule. I got 4 quotes ranging from about $7000 to $9000 for removal of 2 layers of shingles, installation of sheathing, 3 new vents, underlay, and new ashpalt shingles. We also removed the top part of our chimney. Cody was able to provide a detailed estimate the same day I called with a general scope of work, safety information and WorkSafeBC standing. They had the second lowest price (only by a few hundred dollars) and much better ratings on HomeStars so I decided to go with Adanac. In addition, they said the job would only take 1 day instead of 2 days which the other companies told me. This was important since we had the roof done in late January. Once I told them they were the preferred contractor, they lined up my job within 3 days which was great since the weather had been good. They made sure they had a big enough crew to get the work done in 1 day even though their material delivery was delayed. They did a good job of cleaning up the site; after they were done, I only found a few small pieces of debris. Cody came by a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the work (which I was) before he invoiced me. In short, they had a good price, did the work as planned, and had no extras. Not much more you can ask for from a contractor. Would definitely recommend them.

I had two leaky skylights. I called so many roofers to come out to fix or recommend options. No one came when they said they would until I contacted Adanac, They came, assessed the situation, took great photos, gave me a fair quote and did the work. It was a tough job as the old skylights were difficult to remove, but they did it with a smile. The guys were all great and the company absolutely reliable. I would highly recommend Adanac Roofing.

Regrettably, we had a new roof installed by "Signature 8 Roofing" a few short years ago. Unfortunately our roof began leaking, we tried without success to contact the company for repairs. Recently discovered this company has an "F" rating with the BBB.

Thankfully "Adanac Roofing" came to our rescue! They were incredibly prompt to respond, arriving within hours of calling to fix the leak. Very impressed with their work ethic because a week or so later when we realized the roof was still leaking, Cody came back to remedy the situation without additional cost. Our neighbours new roof was installed by "Adanac Roofing" last year and we can see the difference in quality of application compared to our roof. My husband has been in the industry for a long time and suggested we use Adanac Roofing for our roof replacement. I couldn't be happier with the decision. Due to time constraints with the weather the boys came out on a Saturday just before Christmas as I was scared of having my roof leak over the holidays. Just as Dan had promised it was done that weekend, with Cody coming out on Sunday for a couple hours to finish off the last few details and do a final inspection and clean. We have a character home with a pitched roof that I was afraid would pose a problem finding a roofer, but this job was no problem for Adanac Roofing. We were impressed with the courtesy and professionalism Dan had with us when discussing options for our project. The crew were respectful of our property leaving it clean and tidy at the end of the day. We are so glad that Dan suggested we remove all existing roofs of our house, knowing it is an older home that probably had a few on there. He was right, his crew removed 3 or 4 previous roofs on our house before applying our new shingles.

Cody and the boys came and did an outstanding job on our roof. We did our research and got several quotes from other companies but they didn't measure up, nor did their customer service or knowledge.

Adanac took their time to explain our options and any questions we had. They really went above and beyond to exceed our expectations as their roofs met their own high standards, and yet were still affordable :)

We had a bad leak right over our front door due to a poor roof design. Cody came out and recommended a 'cricket' then I decided to add new eves as well. Our deck roof also needed work so that was included. All the work was done in a quick efficient manner - good crew.
Cody returned to add some caulking and then both Cody and Dan returned to check on a stubborn deck drip. It was narrowed down to the chimney so a different issue. Overall we liked their work and followup. Would recommend them to anyone......real people doing real good work in the community.

I got three estimates Adanac roofing was right in the middle. I decided to go with Adanac because I really like how professional there quote was and how Cody explained exactly what they were going to do and answered all my questions. Three days later the crew came and did my job in one day. The crew was polite and left my yard cleaner then when they arrived. I would have no hesitation to recommend Adanac to my family and friends.

Great people, great company. Everyone from the front office to the workers are friendly, helpful and efficient. The work was done quickly and beautifully. And the workers themselves conducted themselves in a professional, manner, Adanac is a very confident, company and their workmanship is organized and I admired the prompt and efficient clean up!!! Our house was a new build of approximately 4500sq ft and I thought it was going to take longer but this is where their experience shone through as they were finished within a few days.We have already referred them to three other home owners and will continue to do so.

Our roof started to leak during recent stormy weather and Dan sent his son Cody out that afternoon. We had a few different quotes, but Adanac was the most competitive one. Cody and his crew were very efficient and timely and did an amazing job. Cody gave some great suggestions on product/color and was very professional through the whole process.
