Cody and his crew were very professional and the quote was bang on!
They fixed the last roofer's mistakes (there were plenty) and installed a top notch roof and gutters.

This summer we replaced our entire original cedar shake shingle roof + gutters this August and we are so happy with our brand spanking new + gorgeous roof from Adanac. From the first phone call with Cody to get a quote, we knew we were in good hands. Compared to other quotes re received, Adanac's pricing is transparent, honest and itemized so you can understand the whole project. Cody always answered my questions about colours and even offered to bring colour samples over. The boys that completed our roof, Maynard and his crew Ryder and Marvin, were exceptional. The pride they take in their work was evident everyday of the project. When the roof was on, Chris from Pro-Image had two of the friendliest and professional guys install our gutters and downspouts in 2 hours! We selected Adanac Roofing to install our new roof and gutters at the end of August. Cody provided a very competitive estimate and had excellent product knowledge. He also patiently answered our many questions. Mardo our foreman and his crew were outstanding. They were extremely professional, well organized and very friendly to work with. The job was finished on time and on budget with little disruption. The property was immaculately cleaned every day.

My 25 year old cedar shake roof was coming due to be replaced, my hidden gutter membranes were leaking, and there was quite a bit of rot in the facia. I contacted Adanac Roofing and Gutters to get one of my quotes. Long story short of this review, even though they weren't the cheapest price, I am HAPPY I chose Adanac to repair my roof. From my pleasant interaction with Dan over the phone, to Cody's visit to price the job, to working with the roofing crew on-sight, to now enjoying a beautifully built roof, my experience with Adanac was a positive one. The owners, Dan and Cody, were very helpful. They gave considerable time to advising me on the scope of work, suggesting materials and actions to take, answer my questions, and deliver samples. I never felt pressured (even after 2 separate quotes from Cody) and they listened to my needs and followed through with my requests. As the facia on the roof had considerable rot, I wanted to replace all of the wood. I worried about the quality of carpentry I would get with a roofing company. I requested the best crew Adanac could provide me. Cody promised his best and he delivered. Mardo (the foreman) and the rest of the crew (Matt, Jay, Adam, etc.) did an excellent job! Mardo and Matt worked together to make nice mitred cuts on the facia and used caulking in combination with nails (personal customer request) to make strong, tight facia corners. They went the extra mile to deliver custom workmanship at my request that met my expectations. The whole crew was personable, friendly, kind, trustworthy, and showed integrity to complete the job to my specifications. They listened to my concerns and delivered a product that I was happy with. The crew was professional (I heard no derogatory comments or f-words) and the property was cleaned up at the end of each day. I decided to paint the facia myself and worked along side the crew. I enjoyed being around the crew. They're a nice bunch of guys and they took pride in doing well for the customer. They were never rude and always available to answer my questions or concerns and attend to & fix deficiencies. Ensuring the customer is happy seemed to be something the whole company took pride in. I received 3 quotes for the roof and 5 for gutters.
Prices were very close for roof but Adanac was best price on gutters. Dan came across as a professional businessman and Codey came by with samples when I decided to go with them.
The work was done over a few days and they did a professional job.
My next door neighbor was really impressed. He had his done by a different company and was happy but said he liked my roof more.
I just passed on Adanac info to the neighbor below.

He been watching other roofing companies in the area but said mine was done better.

Excellent work and worry free. Matt and crew were outstanding; gutter work was equally great. Had some additional trim work done which is a big relief. Always on time and they are on top of the details. No grinding the customer for extras or upgrades.

Flavio and his crew did an amazing job to my roof. We had several quotes and their quote was very competitive. They cleaned up everyday and was happy to answer all my questions and concerns. Kurt the project manager kept me informed all the way and was very responsive. He also did an inspection before the job was signed off . It just shows this company cares. Cody is very helpful and professional. He exlained all kinds of shringle and project procedure to us. The crew are efficient and have great quality of workmanship. In all, I am very happy with my new roof and highly recommend Adanac for roofing project.
