While preparing for a full kitchen reno I came across Kitchen Craft Cabinetry’s advertisement and decided to try them out. While i had outside contractors taking care of much of the kitchen renovations, Kitchen Craft Cabinetry provided full cabinet servicing with good customer service, competitive prices and had the work finished in a timely manner.

After hearing good things both through word of mouth and internet recommendations we hired Kitchen Craft Cabinetry to install and service our kitchen and everything was great! There was a snag when we encountered a problem with a door, but it was fixed promptly and without hassle, ultimately not affecting the timeliness of the work completion.

I was very satisfied with the work done by Kitchen Craft Cabinetry. Everything was done on time and within budget. They provided great customer service, assisting in design and providing helpful follow ups. Would definitely recommend.

I had a very good experience with Kitchen Craft Cabinetry a few years ago when they re-did our kitchen cabinets and countertops. The entire design, building and installation process was done in a very timely manner with very competitive price points, especially when considering the quality of the work done and materials used.

My experience with Kitchen Craft Cabinetry was very positive. Beginning with an in-home consultation ideas were exchanged and discussed openly and effectively in order to have plans drawn up. I visited the store site in Burnaby in order to choose the materials I desired. Once these details were worked out the work was done in a timely fashion and I’ve been very happy with the work.

I had an incredible experience with this company! The work they did was great, however a few problems did arise, which merely gave Kitchen Craft Cabinetry’s customer service a chance to shine. The levels on the super susan that was installed were off due to faulty bearings, but Kitchen Craft Cabinetry happily returned roughly 4 times to remedy the problem in a timely manner without ever making it feel as though I as a customer was burdensome or being unreasonable. Not only would I recommend this company, but I already have!

Kitchen Craft Cabinetry came to do some work in my basement kitchen suite and I was quite impressed with their service. It was a very easy, no hassle process. They came in, drew up some plans and completed the job in only 5 weeks after initially quoting it to be a 6 week job.

We had been to 3 other kitchen showrooms before we met Katerina V from Kitchencraft. She understood exactly what we were looking for and offered suggestions that made our vision even better. Planning a kitchen is overwhelming as there are so many decisions and it is such a big investment - Katerina was patient and the end result is stunning. The installers were first class - the inspection was very thorough and in the end everything was perfect! It has been over a year and the cabinetry looks brand new - we have had no issues with anything. I highly recommend Kitchen Craft

This was our first time renovating. We researched cabinetry places from do it yourself home depot to local one-man cabinet makers and went with Kitchen Craft for their quality, service and comparable pricing, plus we had been referred by a friend (contractor). They were professional and very helpful with the design, but still allowed our opinions and found ways to incorporate the unique things we wanted and ways to use every last bit of space. The delivery and installation was on time and although done by one person, he did a phenomenal job with extreme attention to details. A couple cupboards were damaged in process and immediately replaced. Our cabinets and corian counter tops are now 6 years old and still look brand new. We are about to move into a bigger house that needs a kitchen reno and for sure will be going back to Kitchen Craft their help once again!
