My casement windows are over 5 years. They are in good condition. One window lock was broken by accident this summer. I was able to get the window lock replaced. The customer service from Chris is very professional and efficient. The product quality is good. I recommend the product. I would give 20 stars for the customer service. Thumbs up.

Purchased windows and patio doors through a contractor over 10 years ago. No issues with the product over that time however, through normal wear/tear and weather conditions, I am looking to replace the weather stripping on the patio screen doors. Probably should have been done a while ago but after 10 years I am worried about getting the proper replacement pieces.
Reached out to Chris in Window City's Service Dept. Not only did I get a quick call back, he was instantly familiar with the products and the pieces required. Advised me that there was an updated version of the weather stripping that would outlast the old ones and that I could swing by anytime to pick up.
Whole process took less than 2 days. Simple installation.

We contacted window city to repair / replace the broken window clips from our single hung windows - they would open, but not stay up - and they would fall into the room (one had already broken).

Window city confirmed that they do the repair and the price for a tech to come onsite was very reasonable.

The technician who worked onsite was extremely professional, polite and quick - I was very happy with the work that was done.

They didn't get a 5* 5* rating from my because the communication was slow and disjointed. I submitted a request - didn't hear anything for over a week and had to follow up ... then I submitted the work order - and again had to follow up a few times to get confirmation of what the process was and when the work could be completed.

Another. Service. Rep came and did a very thorough job. . Tested twice. Adjusted window. Checked caulk And other windows Very helpful and. Courteous. Rules out possibilities. So we can move ahead

Our windows were installed in 2017. They have all failed. There is zero insulating gas in our windows. During these hot days of summer, we can feel the sun coming through. Our AC hasn't stopped running. My patio is warped and will hardly open.

When I called them to come and take a look at the windows, they were going to charge we $150 to come out.
The windows look great, but that is it!!! Absolutly terrble quality!!! 3 year old windows and they all need to be replaced again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HOLLOW FRAME VINLY WINDOWS!!!!!!!!

We first came across Window City 6 years ago when we purchased our windows and patio doors. At the time we experienced exceptional service and competitive pricing. No different than 6 years ago, Window City continues to provide exceptional service. We just reached out for some weatherstripping that needed to be replaced and they promptly provided the weatherstripping at no cost .
