When we decided that we wanted to replace our old wooden deck with a stamped concrete patio I knew exactly who to call. Pro Concrete had done a patio, walkway and stairs at my sister's home years earlier and it was beautiful!! When Denis came to do the estimate, he was on time, very professional, polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and he answered all of our questions. He left us with a clear written quote and lots of reading materials to give us further information on the company, the materials that they use, and plenty of references to check with. I felt very confident in my decision to go with Pro Concrete after his visit. I did have a couple of estimates from other companies as well, but none of them compared to the level of customer service, quality of workmanship, materials, and the level of confidence that I felt with Pro Concrete. Then I met John... John and his crew were fantastic!! They were also very professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and I felt very secure in the fact that they would do a beautiful job on my patio. John worked extremely well with the contractor that we had hired to build a deck above the patio, the two teams had to schedule around each other to get things done in the proper order and because they are both such great guys it all went nice and smooth. John kept in touch with me throughout the project to let me know when they would be there and what would be done, and he checked in with me to be sure that I was happy with the forms before they poured the concrete. They did a fantastic job on our patio, it is absolutely beautiful!! I would recommend Pro Concrete to anyone who is thinking about having concrete work done.... They truly are the Best!!

We found Pro Concrete on this site and were impressed by the number of reviews and the high rating they had so we contacted them for a quote. We were immediately impressed with the service from Dennis. When we contacted them to schedule the work, the office staff were accessible and very friendly. We can't say enough about the crews who actually worked on the driveway. They were knowledgeable, worked quickly and were very professional answering tons of questions. They were very clean and cleaned up leaving virtually no mess behind, especially when they sprayed the driveway for the "exposed aggregate" finish. We are looking forward to having the sealer applied in a couple of weeks but are very pleased. It's way beyond our expectation. We can't recommend this company enough.

This contractor is absolutely amazing. From the outstanding workmanship to the excellent customer service in all areas. Silvio the owner goes out of his way to make sure the customer is taken care of at all times. Even after the work is complete he will still show up at your door to address the smallest concern. If you are looking for professional outstanding workmanship and an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish, do not hesitate to use proconcrete. They did not ask me to write this review. I just had to because I was so impressed. I wish they did more than concrete because I would use them for everything. Thank you proconcrete!!

When we decided to do our driveway curb, front porch and side walkway it was a no brainer to choose Pro Concrete. When I was getting married my in-laws did theirs and I've always admired the quality and appearance of the job they did. It's been 8 years and my in-laws still had Silvio's business card knowing we would need it again. We made the call and met with Dennis who with all his experience helped us to made a budget conscious decision with much curb appeal. The actual work was done efficiently as planned with much consideration to leave everything clean for me and my neighbours. When any of my family members are ready to do their work I'll have Silvio's business card to give to them too.

The project was extensive; it included front and back curbs, front porch and back patios. Duarte’s experience was extremely helpful to us in determining the project scope and plan to fit our house style and our budget. The project design integrated the landscaping and concrete element to fit our home and neighbourhood.
Silvio, Ellio and the others on the concrete team were fast and efficient at the concrete work. Their attention to all details ensured a quality job was done.
