We were very happy with the service. The estimator was thorough and spent a lot of time discussing options. The roof was done in just over two days, including cleanup. The workers were very professional and cleaned up everything. We would definitely recommend this company.

Roof shingle repair not covered under standard installer warranty but was done quickly on day and time scheduled. Took repair photos for me to follow up with manufacturer for warranty claim.

We had a roof leak and reached out to Jayson Global at a very busy time when Edmonton was getting a lot of rain. While initially, the estimated time to have our roof looked at was 2-3 weeks, they ended up being able to send someone sooner, which was great. From there, it took awhile to receive a quote, but once we did, the repair was done quickly, for the quoted price, and the repair person who came by for both the initial assessment and repair was so great - very friendly to talk with and showed me photos of the problem and the repair. I understand he is new to the company, so wanted to share that he was a pleasure to deal with!

My wife & I explored numerous quotes w/regard to our roofing/shingles needs.
From our initial contact w/Jayson Global, our estimator (Stef) was phenomenal. He proved throughout his consistent contact & follow up, it was never simply a transaction. Quite honestly he went above & beyond to ultimately earn our business. Im addition the service/installation crew were exceptional leaving no trace once the work was completed. Overall both Chantale & Jennifer were also superb w/follow up all along process Bottom linewe wouldnt hesitate to use there services again & have provided us w/the ultimate peace of mind.
