From the first phone call to the last box, Premiere Van Lines were efficient and professional. The guys turned up on time - were very accommodating - super positive attitude and made the whole experience a relatively painless operation considering the amount of stress that is normally associated with moving house. I would highly recommend Premiere to anyone who needs a moving service

The guys who did our move were awesome. They worked very hard and were pleasant and cheerful. All our belongings were handled with care and delivered safely to our new home. We had some very heavy items and I was amazed at how easily they hauled them out of the old house, into the van and then into our new home.

My wife and I were exceptionally pleased with the service we received from Premiere Van Lines on the day of our move. Everything went smoothly, and the movers were extremely professional. We knew during the move that they cared about our stuff, and having unpacked now and not found a single broken glass or dish we had that confirmed. Here is a breakdown of our experience:

1. Movers arrive exactly on time, cheerful and ready to go
2. Give instructions to movers on what goes and stays, these were followed perfectly
3. Absolutely floored at how hard all of the movers worked! They really brought their "A" game.
4. Old house extracted and packed by lunch time. Very impressed.
5. No damage to old house for stuff on the way out. Very impressed.
6. The movers were clearly happy to be working together. This positive energy was infectious - we were positive as well during what could have been a very stressful experience.
7. New house loaded in with our stuff exactly where we asked them to put things. Again amazed at how hard everyone worked.
8. Job done in roughly 8 hours, which was exactly what we were hoping for. Able to get dinner and relax at the new house, knowing that all of our stuff was safe and accounted for.
9. Overall extremely pleased with the service we received!

What impressed us the most was the positive attitude of the moving team. What could have been very stressful for us was not at all.

Everyone was on time, very friendly and very helpful. Also very careful with our belongings. We were very impressed with the service we received and would definitely use Premiere Van Lines again and recommend them to friends and family.

Our move was fabulous, thank you to the three men that showed up on time and worked extremely hard to make our move a huge success. We had a very short time line and we had no worry to be on time and make everything run smoothly. All our furniture was placed and in order before they left. Great option is to purchase boxes from them and they will come the next week to pick them up.

Restored my faith in movers. In the past, I have had terrible experiences with long-distance movers but Atlas/Premiere Van Lines were amazing. Neil West booked my move and was caring, responsive and helpful from start to finish.

Jim was friendly, communicative and aside from being on schedule, he even managed an earlier drop off in order to accommodate my building's elevator schedule. He was organized, and performed a thorough inventory to make sure that everything arrived in good condition. Which it did. He also went out of his way to help me avoid the $333 courier fee I would have otherwise had to pay.

We (my wife and myself) are very satisfied with the service, both in Calgary and at the destination in Riga. The personnel was extremely efficient, also very courteous and helpful, again in both sides. Our container arrived sooner than expected and that was great! I can't tell of anything that didn't like except for a minor damage. Overall it was great experience and we wouldn't hesitate to both use the service again in the future or recommend it to friends.

I had an excellent moving experience with Premiere Van Lines. John and his team were professional, courteous and hardworking. They were careful when packing my larger pieces of furniture and asked when they required direction on a specific piece of furniture or placement location in the new condo. I would not hesitate to recommend Premiere Van Lines to friends and family or use Premiere's moving services again.

From my first meeting with Crissi and my endless calls to Shirley everyone was very helpful and professional. Our move day went smoothly and according to plan. No damage was done at both properties. We had a great crew on move day who were very efficient with time and took very little break time. Our move went very fast.
