Student Works worked with our needs to transform our rental property from a dated house to a West Coast gem ideal for our AirBnB business.

Thick green deposits were power washed away from white stucco, and multiple layers of paint were scraped from the trim at the roof line. One coat of white paint was applied. This 55 year old home looks so much better. This work was easily worth the cost.

Skylor and his crew nothing less than amazing! They helped us out with our quite large home to repair and repaint the whole stucco exterior and make our home look brand new again. Unbelievable how much experience this young crew has. We'd take them over someone who had 20 years experience. The attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. Thanks to all of you who worked so hard on our once again beautiful home.

Silvano (Student Works franchisee) was professional throughout the project. His frequent communication and site visits ensured the job ran smoothly, on time and met our expectations. The power washing, painting and site clean up was very good. His team were polite, respectful, and focused on doing their very best work with each one taking pride in their job. Anyone considering Silvano and his team needs to keep in mind the painters are students, NOT professional painters. If you are expecting perfection then hire a professional but be prepared to pay accordingly. My wife and I believe we received good value / quality of work for the price we paid and will gladly recommend Silvano to anyone asking us for a painter.
