Thermoseal Windows and Roofing own by Werner is the worst , unreliable and unprofessional company we have ever worked with .
They left the work in middle and took the money and ran away with it .
They installed around 39 Windows in one our building , non of them are installed properly . Installers were rude and very unreliable .
Werner never showed up to work site and never been helpful after taking money . We still haven't finished the job yet and measurement was wrong and still missing some windows . They took all the money and left us
more than 50 % of Job .

Never ever use this company for anything . They are useless , unreliable and unprofessional .

This letter is in reference to the workmanship and quality of professionalism of Thermoseal Roofing. Thermoseal has completed several roofing jobs in our neighbourhood including our home. We were extremely satisfied by the quality of work done by this firm.

Werner and his crew were very professional, easy to contact and quick to provide assistance and answers to questions when necessary. The job site was kept neat and clean throughout the entire roofing process and the workers were respectful of our home and us.

On a personal level, Thermoseal worked with our real estate agent getting necessary papers in order to transfer our roofing agreement and warranty to the new owners. This was completed in a timely and efficient manner.

We would certainly recommend Thermoseal and would have no hesitation using them in future roofing projects.

Werner was the last Company I spoke with to get a quote and I went with him because he was informed and not in a rush. He sent his guys to my house to install metal roof and right away I was impressed at how efficient and friendly they were. I asked Werner if he would be on site during install, he said he would be and he was.! Werner and his guys are knowledgeable, efficient and clean I would absolutely call Werner again. After install of metal roof Werner and his guys walked me around my house and pointed out different things they did and anything to be aware of which i very much appreciated. Werner is a fair business man, we feel we got our moneys worth and are extremely happy.

Thermoseal just completed my new metal roof and I am thrilled with the final product. Werner delivered everything we had discussed and more! The crew was professional, arrived on time, left things tidy and did an amazing job. Werner is a very nice business man. He know client's expectation and have very good experience in this business. I made a call, Werner drop by, and then we discussed with a happy end - done deal within an hour. He promised me that he will send his best guy for installation thus I met Dan and his team. Those guys are very polite and performing the job in a professional manner. It is unbelievable this team even work on Canada day when we are in the celebration . I am satisfy with this service so far and had recommended this to a few of my friends .

We hired Thermoseal to put siding on our century+ home. They were prompt, arrived on time every morning and worked very hard. Werner's crew was professional, polite and very well skilled. The crew treated my home and me with complete respect. The installation was done in a couple of days and our siding still looks great, we've had absolutely no problems with it. We were and still are very pleased with the results and the installation. Our house looks beautiful and I would not hesitate to hire Werner and Thermoseal again. We have recommended Thermoseal to several friends, all of whom were very pleased with the work that was done.

Hired Werner/Mary at Thermoseal and had problems with leaking and poor/improper installation. Very hard to get a return call and or almost impossible to get repairs done. Roof was installed 6 years ago and problems are still ongoing. Secondary water damage is more than what we paid for the roof. Workers that did our house, 6 different crews, were all unskilled workers who do substandard work. Workers at our house walked off the job because he refused to pay them. No follow up, refuses to return calls and refuses to complete the roof he was paid for. Other contractors won't touch our roof, they say to rip it off and start over!
