Scharf Brian Plumbing & Heating

We had two simultaneous plumbing issues. A switch on our pump and a non functional water tank. Same day/next day service. Explained the problem well. Courteous. Seven people without water is not a good thing. We were very happy with such immediate and successful results. And the price on the invoice was well laid out. No gouging.

Our kitchen sink started leaking on Sunday. I thought it was the pipes under the sink, as they are old and rusted, so I called Brian Scharff Plumbing and left a message. They showed up to my house first thing on Monday morning and fixed the leak. It turned out that I needed a new faucet and they had one in the truck. They replaced the faucet and were done! They left an invoice at the house for me and that was it. Anytime I have dealt with Brian Scharff Plumbing the experience has always been relaxed and easy going and not expensive. My father was at the house when they came over and when I called him to check on things he said that he really liked them, they are very knowledgeable, and I should only use them in the future. Done!

We had the Scharfs come to replace our aging water softener and to add in a system to remove the sulfur from the water. Overall quite disappointed with the company. The system was installed too close to the electrical panel and the system was set up to drain into the septic bed (versus the proper drainage to sump pump). We've now had to have someone else come in to fix/upgrade the work done.
