Smart Plumbing No Longer In Business

I called Smart Plumbing for a kitchen drain leak after reviewing a number of plumbers on Homestars. I liked that Mike was the owner of the company and a Master Plumber and I wouldn't have a "technician" deal with the problem. Mike called promptly, quoted a reasonable price and arrived on time, a first in my previous unfortunate experience with plumbers..In addition to fixing the drain, he replaced the clogged S trap and piping from the washing machine at no extra cost. Mike explained exactly what he was doing and gave me excellent advice about sewage drain replacement . I am relieved to have found a good plumber for any future problems and highly recommend Smart Plumbing.

We had plumbing problems in our kitchen and in our bathroom practically at the same time. Mike diagnosed the issues and fixed them promptly. He explained what he was going to do and he gave me a reasonable quote before doing the work. Mike also left the house as clean as when he arrived. This is the third time I have used Mike at Smart Plumbing. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, prompt, polite, pleasant and respects the tenants' privacy. The banging noise from the pipes was so loud that tenants could not sleep. Following a thorough inspection of all the plumbing on the property, he quickly discovered the source of the problem and replaced one of the faucets in a bathroom. He also noticed that a toilet was constantly running and replaced the flap which will save me a lot of money on my water bill. Problem solved! The price included the hardware. I highly recommend Mike for any plumbing job!

Mike was very professional, personable and informative and installed the laundry basin in a very timely mannor. He explained in detail the requirements and operation of the various components of the system and took the time to answer any questions I had.
