Starline Windows

The company I work for actually uses Starline Windows in our building projects and so when it came time to replace my windows at home, I had contacted them. They are very good quality windows and are reasonably priced. The customer service is also great! The staff is caring and understanding of your wants and needs which is wonderful. They suggest their opinions if your looking for some advice when unsure what to get, but aren't pushy which makes the experience that much better. I would highly recommend this company if you or someone you know is looking to replace, or needs windows for their home. The quality and service you receive is well worth it.

Paid for zone B rated windows. Had a contractor install them. Went to get my energy rebate, and was told that there was NO rating on the window stickers, or on the invoice. When I called in they assured me I would receive it Monday or Tuesday the next week. I did not, and I had to place an irritated phone call in order to finally receive a company letterhead stating the windows were zone B. Just a headache I shouldn't have had to deal with in the first place, and added poor customer service to the experience.

And now it is unclear if I will receive the rebate or not....

wonderful thing to be able to order energy efficient windows from a local manufacturer. sale person was very knowledgable and explained the different products and their features as well as the different window glass. the windows work very well and the prices are reasonable. very satified with their products.

With so many window companies to choose from I had difficulty deciding which one to use. The quotes I received varied greatly but several of them were in the middle of the range. I chose Starline largely because of the exceptional customer service I received from my sales rep. He has been out to the job site multiple times and responds quickly to email requests and questions. He has been very upfront about costs and was helpful in suggesting ways to save money without compromising quality or style.

Ed was our sales consultant for our new windows on our new build. He showed us the different style and configurations of windows available. He also explained the pros and cons of each type. Once we picked our windows, they were delivered on site with ease. Great service and products!!!

I got new windows for my home, and got what asked for. I asked for black exterior trim and white interior and got just that, the black exterior trim was not painted. It was actually black vinyl, so that if you scratch or scrape it, it's still black underneath. The only thing I did not like about the windows was the security lock, no security lock was provided not like other window manufacturers. That means I cannot have my windows opened up a crack and temporarily lock them, which I thought was not that good of a design. I will have to call them to find out why and see if they can add them on later.

We replaced all our windows - their price was very reasonable and the job took about three days. They had good quality control and every day they cleaned up. We did in last July and very happy with the product. The manager Dan was very good and came and fixed an issue himself! .
