I never thought I would buy a home. I didn't want the hassle or the crazy costs that come up as a homeowner. I knew if I would ever buy it would be a new home. Caitlin, my sales person, spent a tremendous amount of time going through all of my concerns one by one and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in my decision. Knowing that I own a Kimberley is also reassuring, because the build is just so fantastic and high-quality, that I won't be worried about things falling apart, as I would with a starter builder. I am so excited and cannot wait to see its' progress each day I drive by.

Sales personnel is very friendly until the moment you signed the contract; then they don’t care about you, and you need to deal directly with the office, and of course everything you agree but if it was not written you need to pay additional for it. The trades are awful, specially CMN Electrical, they only want your money and provide a terrible service to the point I'm scared on what was installed in my house due to the electrical mistakes I found so far. Be careful when you receive your house as everything is trades fault and Kimberly doesn’t care; you will need to deal directly with the trades.
I needed to move in a house that was not completed as Kimberly found a city inspector that said the house was livable, and I needed to live for almost a month during summer in a house that I couldn’t open the windows because Kimberly was still installing the stucco. They let you marked and drilled the area where your speaker should go but as a surprise, you will found wood beams below them and your whole ceiling is damaged.
Customer service after construction is terrible. I paid almost a $1MM, and I’m receiving an extremely bad support; I cannot imagine how they treat other customers. Now I understand when the sales person told me that my house was not expensive enough to have a better customer service.

No matter how many reviews you read you will always be anxious or unsure that you are making the right decision when selecting a builder for your new home. Every company you speak to will tell you that they are better than the others. To be honest, there are many good home builders out there. But it would be naive to think that everything will go according to plan during the building process or after its completed. Things happen. What sets builders apart in my mind is a combination of all the great work they do and how they manage the problems when they occur. We are at the very beginning stages of building our new home and took the decision of choosing a builder quite seriously. We had it narrowed down to three builders but decided to build with Kimberley. In our experience, integrity and professionalism really set them apart from their competitors. We feel confident in our decision and are excited to see our new home being built.

Bought a new Kimberley home. Previously had a new Landmark home and received exceptional service. With Kimberly the service is terrible. It is almost like when asking Brian for anything fixed he is paying for it personally or if he spends money on it, it comes out of his salary. Always finds the cheapest way to fix it. When my water pipe leaked 4 month after move in due to a nail through the pipe, done by the finishing carpenter when doing the base boards,Brian said I should request my insurance pay for the damaged furniture!!

As first time home buyers we could not have asked for a better experience. The Kimberley team (Caitlin and Shaughan) made the process enjoyable and stress free. We absolutely love our new home and would recommend Kimberley homes everytime.

I am writing this review to let you all know just two simple things. Firstly if you are on the fence thinking of whether to buy a house with kimberly homes then get off that fence and buy the house. They are great builders with high class professionals building modern trendy houses that are well thought off in terms of maximizing the space in your house and giving you that feel good factor when living in it. It's practical and designer at the same time. Secondly they can be of great help when it comes to financing solutions as I had my application rejected by the bank the first time around but I still got the house within a couple months itself. You definitely want to be dealing with kimberly homes as they are practical and patient during ur process and do not make your life difficult during this already stressful period and you don't have to pay them a dime for it. They are also fast in their construction process and do not have delays, I actually got my house a month and a half before the expected possession date. So all in all BUY WITH KIMBERLY , it was definitely one of the best decisions I made.

I bought my first new home from Kimberly and I am very happy that I did. The workmanship is high quality and the attention to detail is clearly evident. I have been particularly impressed with the customer service and I would highly recommend Kimberly as a home builder to anyone!

I would highly recommend Kimberley Homes for anyone that is looking to purchase a new house.

The quality of workmanship/detail is to that "next level", but not only that they have incredible customer support all the way through the build, possession and post possession process.

As a new home owner this incredible customer service is exactly what we wanted when purchasing our first home, to reduce our already high stress levels.

I would definitely purchase another Kimberley home.

We appreciated the step by step customer service throughout the construction period. I would highly recommend them for a custom home. Dean was an exceptional Project Manager and the sub trades were great to deal with.
