Pentian Construction

we purchased a house in Pierrefonds, and for almost 2 years we kept calling Pentian people to come and fix the problems... didn't even have all mandatory inspections required by the city... ventilation was poorly done, one side of the house heats and cools more than the other house, all faucets are cheap and discontinued, so had to change everything.... electrical work poorly done, light fixtures installed in different places than originally requested, very low quality windows installed, installed 30" access door to basement instead of 32" saying it is not his problem to install a larger door since the basement is not finished, but didn't even ask i will need one, so now i have to demolish the staircase to enlarge the frame.... poor work throughout and they treat buyers with disrespect.....

I purchased a home from pentian construction in the new val des brises area. Upon my purchase, I noticed a few issues, like a small discoloration on a baseboard. One day, an owner from pentian construction came over and agreed to regulate any issues. While we were in the basement, I pointed to the discolored baseboard and the owner said he would fix the problem. I was lucky that they paid for everything and I did not have to pay for anything.
