Homestead Maid Service

Homestead Maids have cleaned my apartment for over 15 years and it has always been a delight to come home to a spick and span apartment after they have been in. I also find the company very accommodating if I have to change the day or time once in awhile.

I've used Homestead for the past 6 years. I had used several other services in the past, and overall, I have been more satisfied with the services provided by Homestead than with any other companies or individuals I have used. They have sent the same person now for at least the last year, and she has done a solid job. She is a good fit for my personal preferences, also a very nice and personable individual. A nice aspect of using the service is that if the person they send is not a good fit, they can send you someone else. The owner does take his customer's satisfaction quite seriously (they have always tried to resolve any issues), although I worry that the cleaners might be unduly penalized for mistakes. On that note, in terms of room for improvement, I think that the company could benefit from training the cleaners as a group (e.g., having meetings) so that they all do things consistently and have the opportunity for process improvements and collegial discussions. I would also like the cleaners to learn more about sorting garbage/recycle/compost, and eco-friendlier cleaning options, in part so that the cleaners' own health and well-being is taken into greater consideration.

I have relied on Homestaid Maid for more than 10 years. I love not having to worry about cleaning our home on weekends or before company arrives. We do bi-weekly service for 3.5 hours. Money well spent

We have used Homestead Maid for over 10 years. The cleaners have always arrived promptly and done a great job. They have been professional, very clear about what they need to do a good job and several times they have “made do” when I have forgotten to pick up supplies. My husband and I work so the maids have to clean and lock up when they leave. We have never had a problem over 10 years with opening our home to these professionals. We intend to keep using them for another 10 years!

I've been with Homestead now for the past 2 years & they always do a through job.I get the service on a monthly basis.The staff has always been polite,courteous & respectful.Always a positive outcome.So nice to come home to a clean house.

We have been using Homestead for about 3 or 4 years and have been very happy with the service. Jasmine has been an excellent, reliable and trustworthy worker, and I have no reservations about recommending Homestead's services.

We were very satisfied with the cleaning. She was hard working, had a very pleasant manner, and we felt that she was reliable. She did a good job. It was helpful that she was able to work alongside the two cats!

6 months ago I had a cleaner from Homestead Maid come in and do a Move in Cleaning for me. I spent a few minutes talking with the lady and then she began her work. When I returned 4 hours later, not only was the house clean-it was shining! I felt very at ease beginning the process of putting my things away in fridge and cabinets....everything was sparkling!

I would recommend this company to anyone.
