Techno Kitchen Refacing

Our old kitchen was in need of an update. A total gut job was out of the question and besides I liked the layout. Techno Kitchen Refacing was our first call because of it’s great reviews. Frank came out the next week and suggested drawer, drawers, drawers. I wasn’t sure about that but went along with the pro. He also suggested a “flymoon” for a blind corner. Whatever that was! Well I can say that the kitchen turned out beyond my expectations. I can reach every nook and cranny and it looks fresh and clean and a lot bigger. Romy and Mike worked tirelessly to make sure that it was perfection and cleaned up after themselves every day. They were very punctual, courteous and answered all my many questions. They even got to know our 2 Standard poodles.
Sherry and Deb in the office were always friendly and returned our calls promptly.
I highly recommend Techno Kitchen Refacing if you want a superb job done at a reasonable cost and want to fall in love with your kitchen again.

P.S. Shawn came back to troubleshoot an existing drawer that we wanted to keep in one cupboard and when he was finished it worked better than it ever had before. Great customer service. I can’t say enough about this great company.

Don't look any further than this company for your cabinet refacing. Their professional, excellent workmanship exceeded my greatest expectations. The craftsmen showed up on time every day and worked hard and are extremely adept at looking at a project and deciding the best course to take.

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the refacing of the cabinets in my kitchen and master bathroom.

We were looking to renovate our dated kitchen. After much research we decided on refacing as it fit our budget best and would give the kitchen a whole new look. We reached out to the big home reno stores. One store's subcontractors didn't even follow up with a quote and the other store's quote was 30% higher than what I paid Techno...and they weren't even using real wood.

I found Techno through Google and contacted them just to get a ballpark figure. Sheri replied with detailed info and answered all my questions. It seemed too good to be true, so I read through so many others' reviews here. I couldn't find a single negative comment and decided to take the next step with Techno.

It was a pleasure to meet Frank, the owner, first at the
showroom. Then he brought a bunch of color door samples to our home so we could see which looked best in our kitchen in our lighting. His candidness and expertise shone through and so we decided to go ahead with Techno.

The installers, Mike and Max, are so dedicated to their craft. They took care of every last detail. They were open to any questions and address any concerns I had. They were professional and cleaned up thoroughly each day and at the end of the reno. We are so happy with our new kitchen.

Frank, Sheri and team helped makeover our kitchen. From ideas and budget management, Frank helped us to vision our new look and the team executed with professionalism. I would definitely recommend Techno Kitchen and we are very happy with the result.

Cant say enough about how amazing Techno Kitchen is! The entire process was so easy and best customer service! Deb was so wonderful and helped us pick the perfect style and colour of cabinets! Mike our installer was a miracle worker and completely transformed our kitchen! He did a fantastic job and is an expert at his trade! The cabinets were also more affordable then other quotes! HIGHLY recommend Techno, you wont be dissapointed!!

I must admit that when we decided to do a kitchen cabinet project, I was not certain about doing a new kitchen (highest cost) vs. a reface (mid cost) vs. re-painting (lowest cost).

After some investigation, I decided to rule out the re-painting...namely as the cost was still pretty high, and I would STILL have my "older" looking/style cabinets (vs. newer style).

I then decided to do a re-face. When Frank (owner) came by for an
estimate, I just had a gut feel that he was honest and on the spot decided to business with Techno. Wow....am I ever glad I chose them.

Why?
First of all......Frank was just awesome...why? I never felt any pressure to buy.... Frank provided us good inputs for us to make our decision...and were easy to deal with. I felt very comfortable dealing with Frank (as the owner) vs. dealing with a sales person, as Frank has a vested interest to make sure he stands behind his company.

Second....Sheri was so well coordinated and regularly followed up and answered any questions we had (and make sure our project was well coordinated).

Last but not least. Wow....dealing with the installers (Shawn & Romy) was beyond awesome. From day one, I could tell Shawn was a craftsman. He cared for every little touch like it was his own project. He would not hesitate to take a little extra time to do it right.

Their attention to detail was off the charts....I NEVER have seen anyone
care about their craft as much.....they did the RIGHT thing...I felt they did the work as if it was their kitchen. They spent the time to DO IT RIGHT....sure...you might have been able to 'finish' the job a day or two early...but, the end product would not have been as good.....this investment of 1 or two 'extra' s totally worth it....why? you have a customer for life....and I'll tell anyone and everyone to reach out to you if they ever contemplate a kitchen project.

I must say it was sad to see Shawn and Romy leave...if it wasn't for Covid,
I would have hugged them off. I may take a few door off/mess up the drawer so you'll have to send them back.

From the moment we met Frank and Sheri we knew we'd found the right place. Our kitchen cabinets were dated, but we had already replaced the countertops and did not want a complete demolishment. Refacing the cabinets was the perfect answer. We chose a beautiful shade of grey, and modern hardware. Frank measured everything with an exacting eye. When the time came for installation, Shawn, the installer, was meticulous and achieved a perfect fit even when he had to spend time fixing areas that were not square. I wanted to tell you how pleased Maureen and I are with the recent kitchen refacing you did for us.

Everything has been beyond our expectations from the new look and enhanced functionality to the unparalleled attention to detail and commitment to quality work provided by Sheri and Romy.

But all of this pales in comparison to the desire to exceed the customers’ expectations at every turn.

Every time I called Sheri with yet another dumb question you could hear the smile in her voice as she patiently answered. When the contact was by email, it always ended with a happy face. I expected that sooner or later I would hear a slight sigh as she thought "Oh no, not him again." But it never happened.

Romy is a wonderful young man and a perfectionist who always goes the extra mile. He couldn’t stop telling me how great his boss is, how great the company is and how much he likes working with Techno.

You have built a culture of empowering your employees to make decisions to delight the customer without “checking with the boss”, so kudos to you.

When I received two doors with cut outs for glass, I called Sheri to say we had originally specified the glass but changed our minds. We communicated that verbally but did not follow up with an email confirmation. So half the problem, at least, was the customer's.

Sheri said she would talk to you and get back to me. She called back about an hour later and said she could not get a hold of you and was going to provide the solid doors at no cost. She was able to make that commitment without asking the boss.

Romy did several little extra things like putting pieces in the areas in the corners between the door and the corner. This brought the profile of the corner up level with the doors. It looks so much better.

From the moment i started the conversations with Frank on our kitchen remodel i knew this was the right company for the job. We had wanted to upgrade our kitchen for many years but we did not want the kitchen to be out of service for months!! Everyone at Techo was awesome. Sheri handled all the questions and logistics and it was such a great experience. Max completed the kitchen and did such a amazing job.
