I hired Three Little Pigs Masonry to rebuild to back patio steps that had been improperly installed and needed to be removed. The job also involved some repair work around a basement window framenot an overly large project, but it was one that needed to be done right.

David from the firm called me and discussed the ins and outs of the project with me so I understood what was happening and when. He was descriptive, acknowledging, knowledgable, and prompt.

Once the job was set, Joshua from Three Little Pigs Masonry completed the job over two days and did an outstanding job. Another lesser firm would (and had) rushed through the job in one day, leaving us less satisfied and with something that needed to be replaced after only a few years.

Three Little Pigs Masonry is the firm that you call to either fix what someone else did wrong or do it right in the first place.

Thank Enoche and his team for their diligence on building the porch, and stairs. The structure was reinforced with rebar and steel mash. Parching on north wall and the front of the house was properly done.
Rodie came a couple of days, worked meticulously on refining the work to make it more presentable..

When the job was complete, we were made aware of some alignment issue and dimension irregularity.
Even after payment was completed, Sam came a number of times to correct the alignment of the stairs, added additional material to straighten the curve on the side. and resized the bottom step to match the dimension of the the rest of the steps.
Three Little Pigs Masonry demonstrates accountability to their work. Warranty was revised. Stating all additional work performed at the front entrance, including parching is covered under 5 years warranty. A responsible company.

Three Little Pigs Masonry has proven to be very professional and a great company to deal with. From first contact, Chris visited our site on-time to review the scope of project. He was courteous, made some good recommendations on how to fix our crumbling stonework and clearly knows what he is talking about. His quote was not the cheapest but was competitive with others I had received.

Joshua was awesome. The project took just over a week to complete and Joshua really took his time to make sure the tricky curved stonework was disassembled and re-layed with care and skill.

Joshua was also diligent about communicating his intentions and would regularly keep me informed by text or phone call of the projects progress and schedule updates as he navigated the weather.

As an inherently messy job - grinding, chipping mortar joints, mixing mortar etc.. Joshua was very careful to minimize mess by using tarps and thoroughly cleaning up his site at the end of each day.

When parging our foundation, Joshua took care to minimize damage to our gardens.

Over all, I am very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Three Little Pigs Masonry for any stone/brick/cement work.
