The guy assigned to the job,Wayne, did an excellent job.Repair & cracks was hardly noticeable.He gets 5 stars for this jobHe was extremely polite, considerate,helpful,& he explained what he was going to do very well. He also cleaned up the area after the work was done.

Right from the getgo I felt like a priority as they came out and gave me a quote as promised. Once I was ready to go they came onsite and completed all of the required work that was agreed to. Everything looks good, clean and tidy. I am very happy.

I had a small basement leak and contacted TLP. David Fritz promptly gave me an acceptable estimate.
To fix the leak from the outside required taking apart a complex interlocking patio with steps. Wayne and Scott did an excellent job of repairing the leak, reassembling the interlocking to the original design and doing a neat cleanup.
Overall, I am pleased and would recommend TLP for this kind of work.

It was a pleasure dealing with Three Little Pigs. They were vey professional and responsive in all my interactions. We needed our concrete stairs repaired and parged, and some defective bricks replaced. Wayne was the contractor and did an excellent job; we are very pleased with the result. I am very happy with how my concrete stairs turned out. I choose this company because of the quality of their work (guaranteed for 20 years!) and they delivered. The two workers (Raymond and the other gentlemen he worked with) were very professional, took the time to explain what they were doing, addressed any concerns I had and took care of all the details, including cleaning my property after completing the job. While the price was a little on the high side, I am happy with the end product and would recommend them.
