We had our complete front Concrete steps, sidewalk and sidewalk to the back yard replaced by three little pigs,
They werent the cheapest price we got , but they werent the most expensive either.
The end result was actually better then we anticipated,
these guys are artists and take great pride in their work.

I hired Three Little Pigs Masonry to water-proof and repair my front porch. The old field stone cladding was stripped away and the block structure was repaired, sealed and a new slab poured over top. The stairs were re-cast and the entire structure was parged.

I am very satisfied with the work done by Three Little Pigs Masonry. The estimator was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment. The crew of two that subsequently came to do parging on three sides of the house and various brick repairs/replacements did a really good job in a timely manner (3 days) and left the work areas in a pristine condition before leaving.

I am very happy with the finished product. Firstly, the estimator spent the right amount of time to provide a comprehensive and clearly defined estimate which became the basis of the contract. I also requested one of the owners to review the contract in detail on the premises and a few minor changes were made for greater clarification. The temporary removal of the A/C unit was required and this was sub-contracted out to a specialist in that field. Because of the narrowness of the walkway, the concrete had to be poured manually and the creation of a v-channel (to move the water away from the foundations) had to be done manually as well. I reviewed the end results with a neighbour who is a contractor and they were impressed by the job. On completion of the work, the owner stopped by to ensure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. There were a couple of minor touch-ups which were quickly performed. Also, all debris resulting from the work was promptly removed. In future, I will definitely hire Three Little Pigs Masonry for any similar work! The face-to-face discussions were great!
