Sambor Roofing

Had my roof done recently and was very happy with the job! These guys are hardworking and reliable. They are honest and will make sure to keep their customers happy. I would recommend them to all my friends! Keep up the great work Sambor.

Roof replaced in September 2016, by Sambor Roofing. Roof leaking around skylight in Bathroom, which did not leak prior to replacement. After months of complaining, Sambor not admitting it was their problem, now water is running inside the walls. So after 4 months of complaining we still have a leaking roof. This is all thanks to Sambor roofing and their lack of finishing off the job properly in the first place. Would not recommend , no customer service follow up that has any substance.

I have nothing but praise for Sambor Roofing and their performance with my full home siding and multiple window replacement project. Their estimator was professional, understanding and very easy to communicate with- He was very aware of the various product options, installation techniques and best options for my particular project. The 2 different teams that carried out the work were respectful, professional and really wanted to show a great, watertight, finished project. They consulted me every step of the way, and when a better installation solution to one problem was found, they even credited the quote, meaning it saved me hundreds of dollars. I would happily recommend Sambor Roofing both professionally and personally, and have had an exceptionally positive experience with them.

The most professional service I could expect and more. They did of what I wanted and more, very educated in there field of expertise, roofing, siding and eavstrough. Had to waited a little to get the project started . But once they showed up nothing but high expectation.

Quick to start slow to finish. Rushed through the installation of eavestroughs and downspouts which resulted in sloppy corner connection and leaking. It's been over a year and I'm still trying to get someone to come out to fix the connection. Not only did they rush, they also failed to observe that the original porch eavestrough was slanting away from the downspout. This resulted in water collecting in the corner above the entrance and there are icicles forming above a hight traffic walkway. It's been over a year since I started calling the company to arrange for them to fix the problem. Needles to say that they are unprofessional bunglers.

The guy rushes from one job to another. No time for quality. In my opinion, do not hire this guy if you care if the job is well done. The guy seems nice though so don't let that fool you.

Sambor Roofing was contracted to complete a flat roof and part of the contract was to connect properly roof drains to existing drains.
The owner who RUSHES from one job to the other made a messy connection and of course the Roof leaked .
Contacted him 6 months in a row and after promising it will fix failes to do anything.
The owner has a typicalt "don't care" attittude and should be ashamed of calling himself a roofing company.
Have informed Better Business Bureau and will sue him for the cost of repairs and damages.
Reccomend to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY as you'll soon discover how shady their service is.

I had them install a drip edge and extend a downspout over the overhang on my front porch. The gentlemen that came for my quote were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. While their quote was high compared to some that I had gotten, I choose them because they seemed the most professional.

They did the work in a reasonable amount of time, but I had noticed a couple issues afterwards.
1) The downspout extension they installed was a slightly different colour than the rest of the downspout. Not a HUGE deal...but they also didn't secure it to the eavestrough and the first big wind almost blew it off.
2) They were also hired to caulk the corners of the eavestrough as we had some leaking. Well, the one corner kept leaking and dripping loudly onto the eavestrough below.

Getting them to come back and fix the errors was quite painful. It took a couple weeks of daily phone calls to get them to even get back to me. Finally they came back and secured the loose downspout and re-caulked the leaking corner. Next rainfall I heard the dripping again. After that they never got back to me after 3+ phone calls and I finally gave up and fixed it myself. Would not recommend them.
