Mario faced a monster of a fusebox in my basement apartment - he cleaned it up, moved wires up to the main floor apartment and created a new fusebox, along with many other smaller chores. What most impressed me was his concern for our safety when he discovered a poorly wired appliance - I chose not to "solve" it at this time, but we have stopped using the appliance for now. When he wasn't able to finish everything in what was supposed to be his final visit, he came back to do the last little job when I gave him a quick phone call.

We found Mario to be prompt, courteous and very helpful. He took care of all the paperwork. He completed the job within the time frame he gave us. We are very satisfied!!

I had to have a brick wall torn down on the side of my house and did not find out until 2 days before work was scheduled to start that I needed to have the hydro service removed from that wall. I called 15 electricians that night and Mario called me back right away. He came first thing in the morning to see what needed to be done and said that he would have it ready before the brick demo was scheduled to start. After finding out that we could not do any hydro work until an inspector from Toronto Hydro approved, Mario spent hours on the phone with Toronto Hydro to ensure that an inspector would come by the house ASAP so that the work could still be done on time. Once all permits and approvals were in place, Mario completed the work and the hydro service was out of the way before the brick demo was ready to start. Mario was professional, honest and very friendly. I would gladly work with him again and have him coming by to install soffit potlights next!

We moved into a home that required some electrical work to be done for insurance purposes. Following an ESA inspection we called Mario at Prowest with our list of electrical needs. Mario and Angelo more than exceeded our expectations as they went over and beyond just the basics but ensured that we would be safest in our new home.
They were prompt, efficient and professional when working in our home. Mario provided us with a very accurate estimate so there were no surprises when the bill came.
Overall, we plan to use Prowest for any electrical projects we have in the future!

I have now used Mario for multiple projects including upgrading the power to 200 amp from 100 amp, modfying aluminum wiring to meet code and most recently a kitchen reno. Mario's work is always above standard and he is honest, knowledgeable and helpful with redisign ideas as they apply to electrical. I would highly recommend him to anyone. You can trust the work to be done correctly the first time.

Mario was recommended to us and proved excellent at handling all the tasks we asked him to tackle:Installing ceiling fan lights,checking and making safe many aluminum wiring connections,repairing pot lights which were a fire hazard,converting fuse box to circuit breakers.
All was done quickly,expertly and at reasonable cost.
Mario always showed up when he said he would and cleaned up thoroughly after each day's work.
All in all a great job - very highly recommended.

I was very impressed by the knowledge that Mario had and how he was very imformative in helping me make decisions that made my project a success, but most of all he was able to work with my budget.
