Prestige Duct Cleaning

The customer service was second to none. They followed up every step of the way and were very friendly polite and professional. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore. The cleaning itself was amazing. They got out a stain a different company could not. The couch looked brand new and the stains we had were so bad we were ready to throw out the couch. Very well done from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company!

Had them into to clean my ducts and furnace after major renos...the guys were very professional, on time and very tidy. Noticed the improvement to the air quality within hours...would use again and recommend.

After postponing a couple of times this summer because of ongoing renos, I finally got my ducts cleaned by Prestige. Great dealing with the company - no pressure tactics. Tyler and Dave were professional and polite. Dave explained patiently explained the process and any questions I had.
Added disinfectant and cleaning of air conditioner coils.

Great cleaning service. Somewhat expensive ( other companies included air conditioning coil cleaning and charged less for additional vents) but employees were prompt and efficient, and honest when dryer vent cleaning was initially forgotten. COVID protocol was followed and house was kept clean.

The world of duct cleaning can be murky. There are endless robotic humans calling from places far across the ocean - touting fantastic "specials". Ignore them all. We have been using Prestige, local and Canadian owned, for well over 10 years for our home and for some rental units we own. You get what you pay for. This is a top team of true professionals. Safety, cleanliness and efficiency are their game. They performed work yesterday at a town home where the tenant was complaining of poor efficiency from the clothes dryer. We did a vent clean out and Mark, the Senior Technician noted that the wire screen we had used to prevent birds entering was too small and the lint was clumping & inhibiting the exhaust. He suggested a wire "pest" cover which I purchased - problem solved. They also performed a duct cleaning service. I was delighted with the results. Do not hesitate to use Prestige. I consider them "tops" in this field. Their customer service is second to none& they are not shy to express appreciation for ones patronage. It feels good to be appreciated :) . I asked for duct cleaning on the same day Prestige came to clean my carpets. Brian & Ryan did an excellent job. My ducts hadn't been cleaned for about 15 years. They did the job proficiently and quickly. No sign of their presence when they were finished. The cost was a little more than I was quoted because I asked for an extra service: disinfectant blown into the ducts. Without the disinfectant the cost would have been $300 approximately. Also, a good amount of the total was HST. Highly recommended.
Prestige has also been cleaning my carpets for years. They do an excellent job. It's not easy removing stains from puppy accidents and dirty little feet. I'm always amazed at how well the carpets look when Prestige is finished. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Although I have used this company in the past, this experience was by far the best yet. The crew was Mark & Cameron.
Mark will be the reason for my future business. He took the time to be considerate of working around my property and went above and beyond (I felt) as he took extra measures to display their workmanship completion & the condition of the vents by taking photographs and walking me through the areas of service. He talked to me (not at me) as we made decisions on what the best serving would be for my furnace and a/c to make the most of my appointment.

The first time we had it done 2 years ago it took 2-3 hours.....great tech....very happy...but he left the company. This time it took an hour. 6 vents left closed and the furnace service switch left off. We found this after the house got cold. Not very impressed with the last visit. Though Marc and his helper were friendly.
