The curb appeal, the A/C not escaping. New owners will be thrilled!

I was super impressed by the turn around time, as well as quality of installation ; no mess left behind and super courteous team from the very start of the sale to final install.

I'll definitely be using these services on my next projects.

So much confusion around install. I offered an afternoon or morning appointment but they set up morning. Installer told me they dont come in the morning and couldnt arrive until 1. Which I was informed of 2 days before. Hard to make plans. Installer didnt realize there was a patio door he didnt measure for and was able to make it work. I needed to go home in the afternoon but installers didnt finish until 7:30 pm. I felt like my concerns were belittled and not taken seriously. Installers and products were very good. If you hire this company make sure you get all the installation information written in stone. I was told thats what happens in cottage country and move on.

The door itself seems a bit unfinished. Some fix has to be made at the scene. The side of the door looks dirty.
The side top is a bit lower than other side. I am not convinced that its normal for all doors.
I need to paint the casing myself after the installation is a bit surprising. This was not shared before I signed the contract.
just an update, today the handle was stuck, I was blocked outside of the house. Have to re-install the lock/handle myself today temporarily. need to figure out the root cause.

Premier North windows and doors replaced six new windows and front door in my home that was in much needed of an upgrade. The windows, front door and storm door are excellent and is keeping the heat in our house. Much better than the old windows. Other companies could not get out windows replaced for this winter. Premier North Windows and doors was able to and we are thankful for that.

I got a referral from a friend to use this company and I must say I am glad I did!
We changed all our windows on the first floor and installation was completed same day!
With in the first few days I felt a difference in my AC and home temperature holding the cold air better.
