Every time I call I get a very quick response. Their work is detailed and fast. I am especially happy with the receptionist. She is very friendly and professional. Dealing with payments and appointments is quite pleasant.

My wife and I decided to finally install an irrigation system into our front yard, back yard and garden beds. We interviewed 8 different irrigation companies and ultimately decided on going with Naiad. My expectations were pretty high for this project and so far Naiad has exceeded what I was looking for in an irrigation company, I would have no hesitancy in recommending Naiad. They have been extremely professional since before the install right up to current day with their communications and workmanship. Do yourself a favour and hire Naiad for your irrigation needs!

When I couldn't get anyone else to blowout my sprinklers late in the season, they were able to fit me in. The company is thorough and provides an honest service, always alerting you of anything that can help them to help you better. Great people to deal with all around.

Naiad has been servicing our residential sprinkler system for 3 years. When we moved into the house, they undertook repairs and replaced system parts; their service was so good we never thought of using anyone else. Organized, generally on time, and economic, they're great.

I got my irrigation system winterized this year by Naiad. It was very easy to set up a time for them to come out. They told me the cost upfront which was nice. They sent me a reminder email a few days before they came out and sent an invoice when they were done. I set up automatically billing with them so it was very painless.

I didn't have to be home when they did the work and they left a sticker outside to show that they serviced my system.

They were professional, fast and efficient and it doesn't cost much. Will definitely use them again.

Naiad has to be one of the most organized, professional companies that I have had the pleasure of doing business with in the last few years. I have used Naiad since purchasing this home two years ago. They do the winterizing every year and I had them do a full check of all sprinklers and had them recommend new low flow sprinkler to lower costs and provide better coverage. I have been very pleased with every aspect of their service. Their team is prompt, professional and cost effective. Naiad is a very easy firm to deal with, reservations are quick and easy to make and their service personnel are always on time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other home owners. From detailed quotations/drawings to competitive high quality component pricing vs the competition to experienced and professional workmanship to lightning-fast response to issues and "always there" customer service attitude... I have never been more pleased or willing to refer or re-hire a trade. Which is why I've taken the time out of my day to write this review and have already referred individuals personally to NAIAD.
