Naiad irrigation is servicing our sprinkling system for a few years now and every time they come either for regular maintenance or emergency they show excellent customer service, professionalism, come right on time, bring experienced technicians.
This spring we had a leaking pipe after winter sprinkling activation. Myles worked after hours to fix the problem and replaced all old piping free of charge which was not even installed by them, showing high levels of customer care. Naid is one of the companies in Calgary which I would recommend to anyone who needs excellent service, experience and reliability.

Upon hearing about Naiad from a neighbor I went on their website to investigate and after reading such positive reviews and viewing the informative videos on quality products I was sold. I was a little apprehensive in the beginning of what this may cost but after meeting with Kevin and receiving his quote there was no way I couldn't proceed.
Speaking of Kevin, what a great guy to deal with, from our first meeting through to install to answering my email questions afterwards(some well into the evening and on weekends) he even paid a visit on a Saturday afternoon to go over the complete system "again".
With service like this coupled with a knowledgeable and courteous install crew, it is easy to see why Naiad Irrigation continues to be an industry leader.

We called Naiad to do our quarter acre property. We were one of the only homes without irrigation and it was on my husband's wish list. They are very professional, very knowledgable, and their rates are highly competitive. The installation of the irrigation system was flawless and there was minimal disruption to our lawn. Clean up was impeccable, I hardly knew they were there.
The walk through is set up for 2 weeks later and they return to ensure everything is running smoothly and they recalibrate any angles etc...they show you how everything works and review all phases.
Be sure to save on water and get the rain sensor system, they offer the best products.

NAIAD and Myles Sidorak are very professional. From the intial consultation to the presentation of the drawing and estimate, everything were handled very well. The scheduling and handling of appointments and the installation itself were excellent. I very highly recommend NAIAD to do your sprinkler system. It's a small private company but service is delivered at a very high level. Great with follow ups too....
