Great service always, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been a client of Naaid for at least 7years and the quality of the product. The sprinkler system has worked great not any big issues and always responsive to fix any small issues within a timely manner.

I thought I prepared my system properly for the winter blowout but when the technician came, he noticed right away something wasn't quite right. I had my tap on inside my basement. He came in, had a look and showed me what I should do next time and what can happen if I leave it on. I was grateful for his attentiveness and help.

Came out same day, retooled their truck as it was out of season to come and help a big job to repair my lines cut from window installers.
Customer service on the phone and the tech were excellent the entire time. Had to troubleshoot a few issues and they did it with ease and just stayed the extra time it took instead of leaving it for another day.

After 10 years, some of the hoses in our irrigation system had developed some leaks. The Naiad technician not only fixed these leaks but added some sprinklers in the garden to sprinkle water where the hoses didn't reach, much to my wife's delight. Happy wife, happy life.
