Wow, Impressive! I called the prior evening. I received an email right at the start of the next day. I called back. The owner answered, and he said he could probably do the job that same day (and he actually arrived about two hours later). I was thinking I probably needed my rails replaced or aligned, but that was tested, and it was quickly determined that wasn't necessary (i.e., no up-charging). There was a quiet and smooth garage door opener installed about an hour later to replace my 20-year-old, noisy one, and this was done at a very reasonable price (especially considering my very short notice). He lubricated the existing door and hinges for no extra charge beyond what was quickly quoted by email. I don't think Customer service can be much better. Very pleased. Thanks, Al!

Al recommended a new type of garage door opener - the Atoms opener. The installation was done by Randall, who did it quickly and efficiently. It works great - it's very quiet and the LED lighting is good enough for lighting up the garage. Overall, very satisfied with the recommended product and service.

Overall very pleased with all aspects of the transaction. The quote was very prompt and explaination and access to view options were explained very well and errors on manufacturers website were clarified. The crew arrived right at the designated time. My original door also had a broken spring so the door had to be disassembled from inside before access to materials from vehicle. Once removed the old track and weather stripping was removed so it was back to just a bare door opening. Assembly of the new door was quick, New rails were installed and the all the door hardware put in place. Spring tension was set and adjustments made to the door for smooth door operation. Weather stripping added and even find details of notching out for other piece made corner connections fit perfectly. During the entire process all garbage and collected and stored to keep the worksite clean at all times. Final touch up cleaning was performed to remove hand print on the new door. It's attention to the small details which make it a real pleasure to observe and report on. I was amazed that the whole job only took about 2.5 hours. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase, the service and the process.

Three years after The Door House installed a new garage door in our 60-year-old house, I managed to put my car through it. The Door House sent out an installer the next day to replace two panels for a very reasonable price. I would definitely call them again if I needed garage door service.

We needed new weatherstripping on the bottom of our door. It was easy to set up an appointment, and the work was done efficiently and right the first time.
