What can I say about the team of John-luc and his wife Sandra who serviced my house after I discovered the leak in the basement? Well, plenty. Plenty of good things. I was weary and cautious when I met John-luc and Sandra for the first time as I heard numerous horror stories regarding contractors in general. However, the time I met them for the first time till the end of the job, I was thoroughly surprised at the professionalism, knowledge, customer service they displayed to me. Not only do they finish the job in the timely manner, they are with you every step of the way, explaining the "whys" and "hows" of the job. Would I recommend them to my friends and family? Without hesitation. I am extremely satisfied with the job they completed and would use them again in the future.

From day one to now i've found the two of them to be honest, courteous, friendly, and most of all very fair. There work exceeded my expectations and the project was completed on schedule. My renovations included:guting the basement from a one bedroom and den apartment into 2 self contained brand new apartments. Electrical was totally updated from knob and tube wiring in the whole house. Some windows and doors were changed as well.
