We hired TWG to install natural stone steps, a small walkway and a stone-wall garden at the front of our house. Their quote was reasonable and Todd always returned calls in a timely manner and kept us well informed of any delays in the start-up date of our project due to inclement weather. The crew did a great job, were hard-working, cordial, and willing to alter plans in order to accommodate our requests as the job was progressing. After the job was completed, we requested a few small changes that were completed in a timely manner. I feel that TWG exemplified professionalism from start to finish and strove to do their best to satisfy our wishes. I would highly recommend TWG for your landscaping needs.

Todd and his wife Tammy are excellent at getting back to you. The landscapers do a great job, it isn't subcontracted...the owner Todd oversees everything. Quoted price is what we paid, no surprises and great finished job done on time.

When we first decided to landscape our front yard, we contacted six different companies based on recommendations from neighbours, and reviews on HomeStars and Better Business Bureau. We ended up interviewing four of them (two never got back to us ... how's that for customer service?) and got designs & quotes from all four. Todd's design was fantastic! Going into this project, we didn't really know exactly what we wanted. Having a new house, we had a blank canvas and lots of ideas, but didn't know what would look good. Todd was able to take our disjointed thoughts and put together a beautiful design. He also provided honest feedback as to why some of our ideas were not so good and showed us what would work better. Todd's quote was also the most reasonable for the work to be done, so we decided to hired TWG for our project. We're so very happy we did! It looks even better in person than on paper! His crew was also fantastic, finishing the work much faster than expected. When our project got delayed because of the wet spring, Todd got both of his crews to work on our project, so we wouldn't have to wait any longer. His guys were working almost 12 hours every day, and always with a smile on their face! We also wanted to get an irrigation system, but dreaded having to deal with another contractor and trying to coordinate things. We had nothing to worry about though, Todd set everything up himself! We would highly recommend TWG for all of your landscaping needs, and we will definitely give them a call when we're ready to tackle the backyard!

TWG gave us two designs to choose from, and provided a rough estimate to start with, so we knew what to expect going in; then they firmed up the quote once we chose the design we wanted (with a couple of changes). We loved the design that Todd came up with, and he executed exactly what he designed, within the quote he gave us, and with the quality we expected.

TWG delivered what they said they would, and well within the timeframe they quoted. Staff was courteous and hardworking, and cleaned up after themselves.

All in all, we’re extremely happy with the project and would recommend TWG highly.

I had arranged to have basement windows installed around my house when the installer had informed me my window wells were not up to snuff and I would need to have them repaired prior to the window installation. I stumbled upon TWG while looking up landscapers in Whitby on the internet. I touched base via e-mail and got a prompt response via phone and email. Todd came by the next day and surveyed the job and I was sent the quote in a couple of days from Tammy (as promiced). Todd and his workers were able to complete the job in less than a day and the workmanship is excellent. I am very happy with the speed,response and quality of workmanship. I will definately use them again for any landscaping needs.

When we went shopping for someone to replace the patio stones in the front and build a bit better garden that what we had, we ended up interviewing 4 people. After the first one, I was getting a bad feeling as there were things he was saying that weren't sitting right with me. Todd from TWG was the second "interview" and he was able to give us a price right away and confirm some things that I already knew from my previous research (filter cloth in the garden a MUST for example). The third person never responded to my inquiry, and the fourth responded after a week or more and basically refused to take on the job as "too small". I asked the first person and Todd to come up with an idea that would fit better within our budget and Todd was the only one that really went above and beyond my expectations!~ When we knew the project was going to be delayed for any reason, he was right there on the phone with us explaining why, and always responded to my nervous phone calls with ease (Tammy too). When the job was done last week, the crew were curteous and and took great pride in their work - always going above and beyond the "call to duty" as the saying goes. When my husband pointed out that they missed something from the design, they were right there fixing it before he even finished speaking. After only three days the job was finished and the end result went above and beyond what even my husband and I had envisioned!~ We will be enjoying the new walkway and garden for many years to come!~ I would have to say definitely that no job is too big or small for Todd and his crew and would recommend them to anyone that asked - believe me, we now have the nicest front on the street and have had many people stop by and asked for the phone number of the person who did all the work.

THEY REMOVED OLD LAWN EDGING AND A RAISED GARDEN WALL REDESIGNED IT. PLANTED NEW BUSHES AND GROUND COVER,AND FLOWERS . THE NEIGHBORS ALL AGREE THE FRONT OF MY HOUSE LOOKS FABULOUS.

I had Todd come by the house to review our third project with his company and I am pleased to report that this was the best one yet. Todd helped with the design and improvement of our front walkway in a very timely manner and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. whenever there has been any issue that needed attending he always made sure to contact me personally and promptly which is always appreciated.

Todd and his crew did an amazing job. The entranceway looks 100% different and better than before. Todd's design was more creative than anything I imagined and I love it.

Todd and his crew installed a walkway and stone steps at my home, plus did some stone work near a side door. The workmanship was top notch. Professional, timely, on budget...the whole works. I can't believe how much care they took in ensuring the two six foot stone steps they installed were perfectly level. It was as if they were working on their own home. All in all a great experience and surprisingly reasonably priced.
