We needed a technician to update our thermostat and look into our Geo
Thermal system. Kim Meadus came and did a great job. He answered all the questions we had and did what we had requested. We would have him again if we needed any help again.

Mike has always looked after us and goes beyond the call of duty by putting in our filter and explains everything he has done. My husband and I are both in our 80’s and appreciate his thoroughness, kindness and his dedication. Thank you so much Mike!!

Our AC unit was less than a year old and it lost it's ability to cool the house. There was very little air flow.
Upon arrival, Ryan Clark reviewed all working components, found the issue, resolved it and stayed long enough to ensure the system worked.

We met Ryan Clark at the Home Show in Lindsay about 2 years ago. We had a nice conversation with him. We were impressed with his knowledge about heating and cooling. Kim Meadus was helpful. He cleaned the system. And He sealed the ac duct. Gave some recommendations to improve the air flow. I would recommend Link Climate Care for ac and furnace work.

Called for service during ice storm.Received a call back within minutes.I was instructed over the phone as to how to put our heat pump on emergency mode until a service technician was able to come out and assess the problem.The technician Kim Meadus came out exactly at time scheduled and was quick to discover what the problem was.We found him to be quite knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in detail.We actually learned a lot from him about our heat pump.We would highly recommend Link Climatecare.
