Carpet & Rug Cleaning & Repairing review in North York

Condo is 2600 sq feet. They did carpet stretching in 4 rooms plus a hallway and 2 walk-in closets. It looks great. I wish I had done it years ago. They knew what I wanted and the time frame and turned a trip-to-quote into a day of repairs to meet my special occasion deadline. I am very pleased with the outline and the responsive, professional and courteous team that did the work.

Carpet stretching - Great Job!!

Carpet & Rug Cleaning & Repairing review in Markham

I contacted this company because of the high ratings both here on HomeStars and on Google and I'm so glad I did!
I needed my wall-to-wall carpets stretched because of some lumps that had developed along the high traffic areas. Jason came by today (on time) and did an outstanding job on the stretching. He also fixed some tack strips that were falling apart. Jason was extremely personable and, just by watching him work, I could tell he was a true master as his craft. His attention to detail was outstanding.
I highly recommend this company for carpeting repairs.
10 stars all the way!!

Mark is a real gentleman and a fine and honest businessman.
His crew called ahead with eta and got to work,
. Jason is a true expert and knows his craft and my carpet looked like new. Clean up was done and the work was first class.

We called on Mark for a second quote after getting recommendations from a local firm that had supplied up with carpeting in the past. Mark advised us that the carpet recommended by the other supplier was not suitable for our needs. We have a small, senior, sometimes incontinent pet and the carpet recommended by the other firm would have gotten caught in her nails and been very slippery. The advice Mark gave us about correcting some squeakiness in the floorboards before the new carpet would be installed was invaluable. Our new broadloom was laid in a day (a very long day for the installers!). It looks great and we are very pleased that the floors don't squeak anymore too. Thank you for steering us in the correct direction for carpet choice. BTW, the dog 'christened' the new carpet and cleanup was a breeze! No staining and easy to clean.

Good job done quick.

I needed to replace parts of carpet in my basement. Mark was meticulous and transparent when figuring out what needs to be done and quoting. Jason showed up on time and finished when he said he would. Quality of the work is good. We are happy with our choice.

Let me say that the accolades that Victorious and Mark have garnered are more than well deserved. Mark is extremely responsive and communicative and the installation crew did an awesome job even as they worked through a few unexpected challenges. I'm extremely happy with the pre-sale, installation and post installation process. I highly recommend Mark and his crew! You won't be disappointed!
