310RENO Design & Renovation

After two years of contemplating, we decided to renovate the main bathroom. My dad recommended 310 Reno, a company he heard recommended by a host on his weekly radio shows. From the start they had an understanding of the concept I was lookin for.
Mike and his team were excellent, punctual and completed the project on the estimated date. They work cleanly and efficiently. The installers were helpful and it has resulted in our extreme satisfaction with the new bathroom.

I have had my complete kitchen totally renovated by 310 reno. I am very happy with the work that was done and how neatly it was competed.
Mike made sure everything was perfectly coordinated and really addressed all my needs. The drywaller, tapers, carpenters, tilers and painters were all very friendly and nice to have around. I'm so satisfied with my new kitchen and I would recommend Mike and this 310reno team to anyone. The cabinets look unreal and I never thought my kitchen could ever look the way it does now.

310 RENO finished my basement and really came through for me. They ended up doing a fantastic job.
They finished my basement in record time. I had a small issue with the flooring but they fixed that without a fuss. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed a basement done.

I heard the 310-RENO advertisement on the radio and looked them up on the internet. I found that they had a good review on this site, and after many conversations I decided to use them for my basement. James and Mike were my project supervisors. We had a few disagreements throughout the project, and a couple hurdles, however, they finished the job on-time and did not charge me an extra cent. I was really happy with the way they listened to my ideas and unscheduled changes. Mike was always respectful even if he did not agree with all of my decisions. I realize that there will always be some disagreements when it comes to reno’s, but what matters is the way the company or contractor handles and resolves the problem.
If I have to say one thing that I did not like about the project, it would have to be the fact that while they were finishing my basement (4 weeks) they used half of my garage to hold their garbage. However, they did remove it in the end. I told James that they should remove the garbage on a daily basis if he wants to keep customers happy at all times :)
Overall, I feel they are a very hardworking and respectful group of gentlemen.

I would like to give them a 9.5 out of 10 but that option does not exist. So a 9 out of 10 will have to do.

I have been hearing about all these nightmare experiences with renovation companies, so wanted to go with a contractor who a friend or family member had experience with. I called the guy my brother used to finish his basement. The contractor came to my house and quoted me a price for my basement that seemed pretty expensive. So I decided to get another quotation. I heard an ad on the radio for 310 RENO and decided to call them. They estimated a price over the phone that was about $8000 cheaper so it sounded too good to be true. A renovation consultant came to my house and guaranteed the over the phone price and I signed on.
They did an amazing job and gave me little extras that were not included in the contract, I am really pleased with this company and want to let everyone know that this is the company to choose for your basement finishing project or any other renovation work that they take on.
