1-800-GOT-JUNK? Calgary

They called ahead of time, showed up on time, worked very quickly removing junk from more than one area. They estimated the cost at the beginning and came in right on estimate. It was such a relief to not have to deal with that ourselves. The guys were polite and professional. I have used other junk removal companies and these guys were the best.

A flyer/coupon in the mail offer $25/less for 1/2 load.$50 for more. I phoned a 1-800 . Who confirmed the offer. Ordered the service. When they arrived, I was told the removal was going to be $189 or so less $25 offer. This was the first that it was spelt out that the removal was not going to be $25/50, but as per a rate card presented at the time of arrival. Junk was already out of house. I committed though I was very upset that the rate had not been mentioned nor discussed upon call to the callcentre.

I must compliment Donny & Reggie. They did a good job; they were on time , friendly and very quick and efficient. Would hire them and 1 800 Got Junk anytime.

I found 1-800-Got-Junk through a friend and booked a date on-line. I didn't compare other companies because I had heard that their prices were reasonable. It was a big job taking our fridge apart but they were friendly, timely and left without leaving a mess behind! I especially enjoyed the convenience of being able to book online and would definitely use this company again!

We needed to empty the house quickly. The guys were right on time and finished in about a half hour. There was a little over a truckload, but they managed to get it all in. Left no mess.

We have used 1-800-Got-Junk? close to 5 times now. Great job as always! The boys even swept up our garage after the junk was removed. Thanks again - see you next spring!

Great telephone reception, accurate, friendly and polite. The team that picked up our junk was on time, efficient, polite, properly attired and were great workers. This is a little bit embarrassing - however, seeing as I had to do major de cluttering this year several months ago some "things" I could not part with - I had no hoice in parting when came closer to my move date - I used this service 3 times this year - and each time the movers were courteous, fast and early - this last time 2 hours early only because they were in my area - and I was basically ready - odd feeling come over me after these "things" were gone - i felt Freed :) thank you 800 got junk for you excellent service :)

They were on time, well actually early - as they were the last time I used this service. Once again, I was very impressed by the fast, courteous service of the 1-800-Got-Junk? team :) They were in and out of my home within a 30 minute window! There was no way I could have done that on my own. By taking a look at the items I was donating - I was quoted a price for how much room they would take in the truck and I thought it was a fair price - Saved me time running around trying to drop off my items at various donation places - and not to mention saving me all those trips up and down 4 flights of stairs to my car - I am so happy there is a service like this available :) Thank you so much :)
