Poor service would be a generous description. Late , not just a half hour , but 6 hours late and on top of that they show up with a truck that wouldnt take two more milk cartons. Arranged a pick up for the following morning , with assurances that they would be there at 0900. Alas they show up at 1100 They then provide me with a chicken and bull story of traffic delays stampede traffic and a flat tire. If you know you have a 0900 appointment then leave the shop at an appropriate time to make the bloody appointment.
I will Never use this company again. Nor will I recommend them.

Easy and fast pick up. Courteous service. They clean and sanitize before donating. I would recommend.

Very impressed, they were super friendly and professional. I had a cast iron piano plate in my backyard which was HEAVY! I expected them to tell me they couldnt take it but they didnt even complain as getting it out of my yard wasnt easy either. Will use them again!

We had a small load and we worried it would be too much money but they figured out how to configure it in the space in the truck so it was advantageous for us.

Since my senior parents are on a fixed income, my stepfather has recently become sick woth an expensive and trouvlesome illness, plus cost of living has soared unexpectedly. So things are not as rosy for them in their golden years and harder on my mum who is taking care of things by herself.

We couldn't be present physically for the job, so I felt like I could trust this company with my mom not to be taken advantage of or be overcharged because of a perceived financial status from the neighbourhood they live - things have changed and downsizing with his medical needs is not feasible.

The guys were helpful and did not judging. I just appreciate they didnt make assumptions and decide to overcharge based on the neighbourhood.

The guys were just decent and did their job and were good to my mum and didn't take her last dollar for this month.
